Our server Mo (Mobin) was very friendly and attentive. He made us feel like we were guests at his own home with the level of care and attention to details he provided us. Food was top notch, as always, but today the service was beyond exceptional! Thank you Mobin for making our experience so pleasant and enjoyable!

Sabrina was wonderful! She greeted our table using the reservation name which was a really nice touch. She was attentive and knowledgeable about the menu. The hostess team was also wonderful - welcoming us right away and thanking us for coming in as we were departing. The restaurant itself is so pretty. I find the size to be really charming and intimate. It’s a bright and airy space and the noise level is lively but it is very easy to hear everyone around the table. We also loved the food and drinks for brunch. It was a perfect experience!

Food was incredible, everything was amazing. Crispy Shrimp deviled eggs were soooo good. Steaks were perfect - tender, flavorful, cooked to perfection. Only thing that wasnt 5 star - service was good - but no exceptional. Waiter spoke so fast it was difficult to understand him. Lacked that personal touch...

Our anniversary celebration was exceptional! We visited with our family. Cedric, our server was excellent with suggestions for drinks and food. We enjoyed every dish that we had as well as the drinks. The different take on the traditional dishes without changing their essence was very refreshing to us as Indians. I do think it's a bit pricey for food that we as Indians can make at home, but overall, I recommend the restaurant highly especially for special occasions and celebrations. The ambience and the service along with the food presentation make it a great experience.

This review is for January 6th, 2025. As stated in the rating, Pappa's Steakhouse is a 5-Star restaurant...I believe it's because they earn it! Attention to every detail is apparent from the generous (and scrumptious) appetizer (Crab bisque this evening), to the chocolate-coated spoon & fresh-baked almond cookie that came with our Cappuccino. And if you've ever had the urge for a Veal Chop, this is the place to go! Finally, a five-star review wouldn't be complete without a shout-out to the pastry/dessert chef at Pappa's. Their desserts are original & creative, and even the Key Lime pie is stamped with a unique Pappa's presentation, and it is possibly the best in Houston! Celebrate a birthday, and maybe get treated to some of the best chocolate-covered strawberries you've ever had as well! Thanks to all the servers and staff for making this birthday celebration a memorable one!
