Awesome atmosphere and appropriate level of attentiveness. The service paid attention to our needs even though it was a pretty busy night. The food was excellent. The drink options were great. The music matched the setting and was thoughtfully selected. We were very pleased with the complete experience.

We have been take-out and dine-in customers here for many years, essentially since they first opened, and have dined at most of the major restaurants in the Amherst-Northampton area. In terms of the quality of food, service, ambience, consistency, etc., we think Johnny's is the best restaurant in this area.

Always a great experience at "The Forge". Service is excellent, drinks are great, food is terrific, ambiance is wonderful. Highly recommend trying some of the appetizers as well as some of the signature cocktail drinks. The main courses are always wonderful - you don't make a mistake with any of them. It's also the only place where we always have dessert - they are creative and wonderful. Enjoy!

We have been coming here for the past couple years now. Food has always been phenomenal, the service has been excellent, and the restaurant is just overall our favorite by far. Our waitress the past 3 times has been Zoey and she is a wonderful host. Checks in on us routinely and a great representation of this restaurant. We plan on coming back for years to come. Thank you for the outstanding service and hospitality.

My wife and I had an early dinner that was exceptional. All of the staff and especially our server, Alyson, were pleasant, helpful, efficient and accommodating. We decided to share the Bulgogi appetizer that did not disappoint. Our entrees, Tuscan Salmon and Crab stuffed shrimp were perfectly prepared and plated. The wine and hazelnut praline dessert were wonderful. Around 5PM a musician began playing his guitar and singing. This was our first time at the Grove and as you can tell we enjoyed the whole experience and will definitely return.
