Since we opened this camp 25 years ago, we have focused upon fresh foods for our guests. We know it is difficult to find good meals on the road, especially if you are vegan and vegetarian, and invite you to join us.You will smell the foods before you walk in, but will see entree's like baby back pork ribs, samosas, ribeye steaks, moussaka, vegan ramen and steamed saffron mussels through our open kitchen. We make easy to assemble fresh bag lunches for the trail, and specialty lunch items for indoor and outdoor dining. Beside items like American breakfast and breakfast burritos you will find signature items like our California breakfast too! All this from fresh, mainly regional sourced, sustainable and some organic healthy foodstuffs. We invite you to peek into some online reviews in advance. Top notch food. We had the bacon wrapped meat loaf - sooooo good! Large portions and really, really good prices. Locals eat for 20% off on Wed and Thursdays. Need reservations. Our server was amazing - so attentive. We absolutely had a great time. Oh and definitely GET THE BREAD - it is wonderful and made in house.

We were seated quickly and our server Darren was attentive without being overly present. We never had to ask for refills and the food was amazing. The restaurant is spotless and the ambiance stellar. I would recommend the Mountain Room to anyone visiting Yosemite.
