Established in 2012, I started Urban Grill and Wine Bar to add a quality restaurant with a full bar and boutique wine list to an area that is in desperate need of something unique and family operated. Having spent most of our adult lives in the restaurant business, my wife Jaylene and I understand the importance that our food be of the highest quality and our service be very friendly and professional.     I met friends for a Holiday dinner and Sugarbacon was the perfect place. The food was delicious...do not miss out on the deviled eggs. The salads were perfect and large enough to be an entree. The burger is huge...and also great. This has NOTHING to do with the restaurant but parking in downtown McKinney is difficult to find...so arrive early.

    Our server, DJ did amazing attending to our table of 11! We were celebrating a bday at a granny brunch and everyone from the host to our server to the manager all made her feel very special! Food is incredible and full of flavor. Drinks are just how I like them, strong (thank you Bartender!) the decor is so beautiful, photo worthy spots everywhere you turn.

    We consistently have a great experience at Layered. The food and coffee are always delicious, the staff are always friendly, and it’s a nice place to dine with the family. Our table was ready early and they were able to accommodate our large group of 10.
