Canyon Kitchen uses local produce and organic selections from our own community gardens and the surrounding area to source our creative Appalachian cuisine. There was a band that night so it was fun! I had the Rosemary Chicken and mushrooms over linguini, and it was just ok. There weren't many entrees. We also shared the pita tapas appetizer. I don't like Olives, so it was ok too. The cocktails🍸 were great, though! I had 2 Cosmos, then we had an Espresso Martini for dessert. It's the best Espresso Martini I ever had!
