Our Chef’s take inspiration from Billy Madison who drew a blue duck because he had never seen one before, and he wanted to see a blue duck!     We were greeted by a very friendly host and wait staff. We were seated immediately and greeted by our favorite wait staff member. She gave excellent advice about the menu’s and tonight’s specials. Our dinner was delicious as usual. Our experience at the Waterfront restaurant has always been excellent. I highly recommend this fine restaurant.

    The lighting and atmosphere was great for a quiet evening out for dinner. The food was excellent and the wait staff was fantastic. Amazing service and a great selection from both the food and drink menu. Very happy with our fancy night out and will definitely be planning on returning again soon.

    Our second visit to Bleu Duck. As before, very friendly and polished professional service. We had appetizers as small plates this time. The meatballs, potato skins, mussels, and especially the crab cake were delicious. The Rose Frost cocktail was wonderful and the old fashioned was sublime. The Rieseling was a.perfect accompaniment for my seafood. The sherry with dessert was luscious. Pricey, but another wonderful visit. We will return.
