Tonight is the first time I have had a hamburger here and as to be expected Peter’s recipe for the French Onion Burger is the very best I have ever had! Thanks Peter! And I was lucky enough to have my favorite cocktail … even though it was no longer on the menu! Thank you one and all for a wonderful dinner … and Happy Thanksgiving 🦃🍁

I very seldom write reviews, but had to make sure I recognized Bahrs Landing. I have visited often - when "we drove down the shore", now I live here. The occasion for our visit last evening was my son's birthday and we had a wonder table by the water which helped with the little ones. The staff from the host to the server were amazing. The tone they set is so welcoming and friendly that it just compliments the great food! Bahrs is a jersey landmark and has been part of our state's dining expience since 1917 You don't stay in the restaurant business for that long without being exceptional. Our party of six really enjoyed our evening at Rum Runner. Our server was terrific (I'm sorry I didn't get her name) - professional, friendly. The cocktails and wine were excellent. Everyone enjoyed the appetizers (ahi tuna nachos & jerk chicken lettuce cups), and the entrees were very good. My only critique was that my Betty salad with sesame ahi tuna was drenched in dressing. Other than that, a terrific evening at a beautiful venue.

The food was good, service attentive, the place had energetic ambiance of a sports bar.

Food was delicious, service was Excellent! The Chef even came out to check on us. We went early, 5:30pm so it was a bit quiet but the restaurant is very charming and cozy. Would love to go back on a Saturday night when there is Flamenco and finish my night with an espresso from the beautiful machine they have. I wish them the best!
