This is Butcher & Banker, a new "steakeasy" at the crossroads of Penn Station, Madison Square Garden, Javits Center and Hudson Yards.Butcher & Banker is no ordinary steakhouse. A dozen different steaks are on offer, but non-steak eaters will dine exceedingly well here.Butcher & Banker pays homage to the New Yorker Hotel’s storied history. The New Yorker opened in 1930 at the height of the Great Depression as the then largest hotel in the city. It has attracted a who’s who of entertainers and dignitaries from around the world, including Muhammad Ali, JFK, Joan Crawford and Nikola Tesla. Beneath the hotel, a bank vault and offices were occupied by the Manufacturers Trust Company until 1980. With the opening of Butcher & Banker, the public can see the vault for the first time in 37 years.

Bar Primi is a pasta shop devoted to ‘primi piatti,’ the pasta course. What began as an idea for a small space in New York’s East Village has since become a downtown New York staple, housed on the Bowery for the last ten years.     Best dining experience of my LIFE. The flavors were outstanding and the service was not only kind and fun but also incredibly generous. My party and i felt so loved by everyone especially our server katy! She was so amazing and so attentive but not in an overbearing way! Loved Zou Zou’s, and would HIGHLY recommend. And this is coming from someone who's lived in NYC for 4 years and loves food.

    Truly a gem. Wether you are in town for vacation or business, this place is a must. Food is just simply delicious, classics with a special touch that makes each dish standout. Quality food, amazing service and ambiance without an ounce of pretentiousness. You must dry insalate Gelato, lamb chops cooked to perfection, sea bass - delicious. But above all, absolute must is pistachio tiramisu dessert : airy, light, with just the right amount of delicate sweetness. Every member of the staff is making you feel cared for and welcome. Host and , I believe, co -owner Antino ( i was told he makes pistachio dessert) is very kind, witty and welcoming. Truly a gem in NY

    Kyma never disappoints...always our go to place when we're in town for the theater as we love its proximity to Hudson Yards. Food was delicious as always -- swordfish kabobs were swoon worthy. I will be back in a few weeks!
