Great experience! I went as a poor college kid because someone gave me a gift card. It was a trick because I ended up spending $50 anyways. Wow it's expensive. But my salmon was dang good and that's the best rice I've ever had. So if that's your sort of thing and you're made of money, go for it!

Yuki Yama is excellent. My ten-year-old son and I sat at the bar for dinner before our Sundance screening and were treated so well by the manager Dustin, our sushi chef, and the service staff. The food was delicious as always, and my son had a lot of fun using the hot salt block to cook the beef tataki. Highly recommended!

Amazing food, great portions. Atmosphere is good, notbing exceptional. Service was very attentive but we waited for entrees 50 minutes

We tried some of their new menu. The scallop bacon wrap was delicious but the lobster short bread was a bit salty. The main course was delicious we had grill lobster shrimp and salmon and the new lobster pappardelle pasta and both were tasty and quality seafood. Manager and server tried their best. Overall I give them a thumbs up.

Wait staff and Manager checked in on us several times to make sure our meal and the service were on point.
