Ida Claire is a funky, southern influenced restaurant & bar open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The food is notched up southern but has influences from different regions. You’ll most likely see dishes you’ve heard of before but with little twists here and there. Our sandwiches will be served on biscuits & we’ll have chicken & waffles on every menu. Brunch is obviously southern & will be a big part of what we do. The drinks are takes on classics like the Mint Julep but revved up & including a lot of house made ingredients. The décor has a southern influence with antebellum charm & elegant polish, stated most clearly in our reworked air stream trailer parked in the garden for VIP reservations. The whole restaurant will feel like a quirky southern aristocrat’s home…just not exactly what you might think.

    Everything was perfect. We both had the chicken. I ordered extra broccoli and I don’t know how they know when to stop cooking it, it’s always perfect. I brought half of mine home, I just don’t eat as much as I used to. I eat at Brentwood often as do my neighbors. It’s nice to have such a good restaurant so close to the house.

    Took a friend to Lavendou for her birthday. We sat for 3 hours, enjoying wine and great food. Robert took excellent care of us and surprised my friend with a complimentary chocolate dessert. It was a perfect day! Lavendou is always wonderful.

    OMG ---------- a cold Monday late afternoon & The 5th -- had heaters & fire generated stand alone "fireplaces" placed their warm & secure covered outdoor patio ------ It was glowing & so inviting / I did not think twice - It was perfect------- Service was outstanding w/Rebecca.     Great place . This was my first time and I reserved for 8 people but one did not make it so 7 of us had a great time. The starters was great. I just couldn’t remember all that we ordered. The gumbo was fantastic and my husband ordered blackened tilapia that’s was delish. I tried Ida froze was amazing.
