- JJamesWashington, D.C. Area •7 reviews5.0Dined 1 day agoI enjoyed my Christmas dinner at Makoto. I was running a little late but when I arrived they were willing to sit me immediately. I had a reservation but wanted to sit at the bar. Antonio is amazing with customer service. When he wasn’t around the other bartender Michelle was checking in on me. Even when I appeared to need help, a Manager (Cindy) stopped and ask me did I need anything make my experience better. Happy Holidays!! I will be back to see them. Food: Crab baked Handroll - 10 out of 10! I had two. Chicken gyozas or potstickers (not sure) 9 out of 10 (I thought they would be fried) Rock Shrimp - 9 out of 10 (a dipping sauce will make them perfect) Chicken Ramen - 7 out of 10 (it’s good but somethings missing in the flavor) I’m just working my way through the menu but I will definitely be back.
