- KKarmelDetroit / Eastern Michigan •7 reviews5.0Dined 1 day agoWe love to visit Frankenmuth every year, and it is a tradition of ours to eat at Zehnder's. The family style Chicken Dinner is very filling and tasty. Memories from my childhood still flood my mind when visiting Frankenmuth. Zehnder's ambience will put everyone in the mood for the Holidays. The Christmas Decor is beautiful this time of year (November), and seeing horse drawn carriages along the streets as the glow of Christmas lights light your path downtown to all your favorite little shops, will surely lift your spirits and prepare you for this joyful time of year.More infoZehnder's of FrankenmuthPrice: Moderate• American• Frankenmuth•4.7

- DDanielDetroit / Eastern Michigan •1 review5.0Dined 2 days agoWe had a very special and memorable meal for my family of 12. Our servers were friendly, eager to provide anything anyone wanted. Our servers, Amber and Christina, treated us like they were happy that we were dining at this beautiful restaurant. While eating our meal, a gentlemen with an accordion roamed around the dining room. The ambience was festive, fun and it was clear everyone was enjoying the food and music (people clapped when a pause had occurred in the music). Coming here is a family tradition, and this was probably our best time so far. Food was DELICIOUS- fresh. I read a comment someone thought the "bread was moldy"... that can be understandable as there is a fresh bread with fruit and nuts in it, with a sugary powder on top. The baked goods are very, very fresh- there is a bakery on site. The chicken was cooked just right and the egg noodles, the dish I really love, were good, but a little more butter would have "kicked it up a notch." The cranberry relish and cole slaw was delicious/not heavy, balances out some of the heavier dishes. I like the dressing, potatoes and gravy. The squash dish was yummy, but more like a dessert (decadent). Thank you for a very, very special meal. We are looking forward to our next visit. If you happen to have Amber or Christina- you are in for a treat. Lots of smiles, attentive service, friendly bantor which makes you feel like you are eating at a friends home. The Opentable reservation option is GREAT- use it. It allows you to get a table, especially for a large group, in minutes.More infoFrankenmuth Bavarian Inn RestaurantPrice: Moderate• German• Frankenmuth•4.6
- SSteveDetroit / Eastern Michigan •3 reviews5.0Dined on Nov 16, 2024Service was exceptional. The food was great. We ordered the mushrooms as an appetizer and were amazed. I ordered the 5 course meal and all 5 were delicious. Never had Beef Wellington before and was very pleased. Then to finish things off the crème brûlée was outstanding. 5 out of 5 stars for sure.More infoThe Station 100Price: Very Expensive• Steakhouse• Frankenmuth•4.7
