How do you take a classic staple of American dining, the steakhouse, and break down the traditional thinking to create something entirely new and exciting? Chef Miguel Rivera has been working in the restaurant industry for over 40 years. Subsequently, around 20 of those years have been spent cooking in the well known Italian restaurant IL Mulino NY, previously located inside of Caesars Palace in the forums shop.Some amazing opportunities I've experienced include being a part of the Vegas UNCORK'D by Bon Appetit for five consecutive years. Previously, IL Mulino NY has been nominated for the titles of Top Ten Italian Restaurants in the country and Best Italian Restaurant in Las Vegas. Also, the American Academy has graciously awarded my cooking with the "Golden Plate Award". My goal for Gondola is to incorporate new flavors of Italian cuisine from the Las Vegas Strip to your local neighborhood. I look forward to honing my skills in the kitchen and expanding the restaurant to provide the community with more Italian novelties.

    This is my fourth visit here in less than a month. This has become my FAVORITE restaurant in all of Las Vegas. I hope that more of you take my recommendation and try this restaurant. The ambiance is nice and quiet, and everything tastes great, from their homemade rolls, to their soups, pastas, salads and entrees. Everything is made from scratch except the gelato. The owners work tirelessly to make this a true wonderful dining experience. We are even going to go there on Christmas with the family!

    Spectacular quality meat. It's very energetic without the loud music. Greatest prices for quality you get. Terrific bartenders. I wish the hostesses would ride up the elevator with us because I like finding out about the restaurant and hearing about their steaks AND it feels less cold than riding up alone. I always like to converse and feel the friendliness of the restaurant. VERY IMPORTANT.

    We had a great time here for my Girlfirend’s birthday. Everyone from the manager that greeted us, to our server Nikki, showed us great customer service. The food was amazing as well. Loved the bread service at the beginning.

    Lasagna excellent as main entree. We hesitated just a bit about the meatball for an appetizer but at the last minute we went for it. Best choice!! It was tasty. Peppers in the sauce were the best. Ambiance is cool and the singer made the night. Worth the drive from the strip.
