The braised beef short rib w/black truffle grits and greens was AMAZING! Not overpowered with truffle, just a nice flavor to raise the bar. Portion was huge. Starter of crispy Brussels sprouts w/honey, goat cheese, supurb. She crab soup can tend to be salty, but tonight was right on with a decent amount of crab. Dessert was divine of a cardamom panna cotta w/an apple filling. Very light, nice, and smooth texture similar to what I experience in Italy, but plated to raise the experience. Can’t go wrong at Soby’s! Jackie was a great server and had our meal nicely spread out and never felt rushed or wondering if next course was forgotten! Thanks for working Thanksgiving all!

This has always been our family's go to spot for special occasions. It never disappoints. This was a surprise dinner for my wife and close family following the completion of her cancer treatments. The staff was knowledgeable, welcoming, attentive and caring (especially when they realized what was being celebrated). The Trigger de Mer is always a great choice. My family also enjoys the risottos. The evening was topped off with my wife's personal favorite, peanut butter pie.

Rylan led us through a wonderful meal, she was a bright spot, beautiful smile, and knowledgable! She guided us through 3 courses and we were too stuffed to choose a dessert! Maybe next time!

Our third time eating at Rick Erwin’s in Clemson. Food, service, and atmosphere were all superb. Will go back again and again.

What a hidden gem in Clemson! Everything we ordered was cooked perfectly and the drinks were stellar as well. Server went above and beyond to make our stay exceptional.
