Restaurants near Via Espana

They deserve a Michelin star - food is creative, tasty and nicely presented. Plus cool place and crowd and good service. In fact, they are really underpriced, if to be honest.

This place was amazing. We ate here the last night of our trip and although we’d eaten plenty of great food around Panama, this restaurant came out on top. The ambiance is cool, the drinks were amazing, and the food was top tier. Highly recommend the gin and tonic, espresso martini, kampachi crudo, miso cod, wagyu beef skewers, and the chocolate mousse dessert!

No restaurant we’ve visited in Panama City has disappointed, but this offered the best value and felt the most local. Sangria is excellent, local dishes are all fantastic. You can’t go wrong and the bill will be half of what comparable quality gets you elsewhere.

When I go on vacation I like to dine at local establishments. Concolon did not disappoint. I walked out unable to fit my pants. Food was great and authentic, The chicken broth that they served you when you first sit down makes you feel like you’re at grandma’s house. The sangria is made with love. Everything was “chef’s kiss”. Great value as well.
