We went to Koko for a late lunch, and it was an amazing experience! The weather was fantastic, making the outdoor seating the perfect spot to enjoy a relaxing meal. We started with the guacamole, which was good—nothing extraordinary—but the big, round chips it came with were a nice touch. The short ribs tacos were exceptional, bursting with flavor and cooked to perfection. The highlight of the meal was definitely the sea bass with green mole—a dish that was both unique and absolutely delicious. For dessert, we tried the flan, which was soft, not too sweet, and a perfect pairing with a cortadito. For drinks, we ordered a passion fruit margarita and a tamarindo margarita, both refreshing and well-made. The service was excellent—friendly, attentive, and the food was served quickly, which added to the overall experience. I went to this restaurant to celebrate my birthday and the first impression of the restaurant was amazing, the hostess was very attentive, the waiter was really good too, he explained the meals to us, since I couldn't eat seafood or spicy food and his attention was very professional, as for the meals, I was amazed, since the beef welligton was really soft and a pleasure to the palate, the salmon had a good flavor, the beef tartar was delicious and the chocolate dessert was delicious. This restaurant really is an unforgettable experience. Thank you.
