The bar offers the full pre-fixe menu as well as a la carte options. Bar seating is first come, first serve. To get to Allred's, take the gondola from either Telluride or Mountain Village and exit at the mid-station—St. Sophia Station. Follow the signs to Allred's.

    We love Cosmopolitan! The blackberry margarita was a great way to start the meal. Shared butternut squash soup and the beet salad-both delicious. For main course our server recommend the chicken and pork chop. Both were superb. Thanks for another special meal.

    Incredible food and service was exceptional. They were the perfect balance of attentive while allowing us time to enjoy the experience. They were mindful with pacing of courses and each dish was perfectly seasoned and arrived hot. We will be back.

    We had been to Telluride 5 times, always staying at the Inn at Lost Creek (where Siam Talay is located) before we tried this spot. I am a child when it comes to food, so Thai food is not something I would voluntarily try…. OK LESSON LEARNED!!! Get the app Siam Platter & the Drunken Noodles!!!! I’m obsessed. Service, food, atmosphere = all OUTSTANDING. Thank you always. I will be back! AGAIN AND AGAIN AND AGAIN
