CARNAL PRIME STEAKHOUSE is the first restaurant in Santiago specialized in imported and certified American meats of the Angus Aberdeen breed and of USDA High Choice & Prime quality. In addition to the exclusivity of our raw materials, to prepare our meats we use an infrared broiler that achieves high temperatures (1300 °F), which gives our cuts a particular texture and flavor that is not found in the traditional method of grill. We really enjoyed ourselves! The location is absolutely unique and in truth I've never been to a place quite like it before. Service was excellent. Food was fantastic. Things were a little bit expensive but that was to be expected. The most amazing thing is Is how big the restaurant really is. After we dined, we took time to explore the whole building which is really kitschy and has many different artifacts related to the ocean and ocean travel. It was a really great experience and we loved it.

I was an excellent experience. I went there and the three appetizers that we choose were amazing. The service was great and very kind. The star of the dinner was the dessert cherry blossom, great experience!!!!
