Restaurants near Vlasina Lake

Ambitious project and a lot of work behind the scenes that culminates in easily the best restaurant experience in Bulgaria. Don't get me wrong - I'm a fan and supporter of the other restaurants on the fine dining scene, but I must recognise that The Gallery does everything right without a single compromise and without any quirks. I was pleasantly surprised by the service and level of attention & care, which indeed is at the level you'd expect from a fine dining restaurant. The interior design is very pleasant and there's sufficient privacy. The sommelier was one of the big stars for the night for us. His knowledge and approach was spot on and took the meal to the next level. As for the food - the tasting menu was exquisite and VERY generous. I've always been a fan of Chef Dimitrova, but she's managed to achieve something even more bold and interesting. Congratulations to everyone behind The Gallery!
