- AAdamSan Francisco Bay Area •2 reviews4.0Dined todayEven with having made reservations months in advance, notating that we were celebrating a birthday and being Marriott Ambassador level guests, we were given a table that was tucked back a bit from a view . What made this a little more disappointing is that full view tables remained open/unused for the duration our meal. Food was good but the pacing was off. We ordered 6-7 dishes and we a bit surprised to have them ALL on our table within 5 minutes of ordering with two being lukewarm (gambas and piquillos). If we hadn’t ordered a second round of crudo and kebabs, we would have been done with our meal faster than a McDonalds visit.More infoMeridiaPrice: Expensive• Mediterranean• Kohala Coast•4.7

The whole experience was delightful.More infoBrown's Beach House - The Fairmont Orchid - Kohala CoastPrice: Very Expensive• Hawaii Regional Cuisine• Kohala Coast•4.6
- FFredVIPGreater Boston •23 reviews5.0Dined 1 day agoChef Hess (and FORC owner) comes out to chat with you and ask about your meal - and that tells you a lot about how this place operates. Very solid service, nice spot right down in the center of Waimea but you feel like you're out in the countryside. Ahi sashimi and "adult" mac and cheese (gnocchi + goat cheese + bacon) were both excellent. The NY strip was locally sourced (Parker Ranch) and was super flavorful. Cocktails were also professionally prepared and outstanding; dessert was macadamia nut and chocolate heavy and that was all to the good as well. Would come back in a heartbeat.More infoFORCPrice: Very Expensive• Farm-to-table• Kamuela•4.5
- DDiannePalm Springs / Palm Desert Cities •2 reviews5.0Dined 3 days agoHighly recommend this restaurant We were a family of 10 and received the best meal and service of our vacation. Our server was friendly attentive and fun. The food was outstanding. There was live music that was enjoyable as background music. Not too loud and a talented musician. Only problem is they are so popular you need to reserve long in advance but well worth the effort.More infoTommy Bahama Restaurant & Bar - Mauna Lani, Big IslandPrice: Expensive• Hawaii Regional Cuisine• Kamuela•4.8
- EEricVIPLos Angeles •4 reviews5.0Dined 4 days agoCanoe House is a special place. The food is truly remarkable. The setting is gorgeous. Our server Dean was outstanding. He really helped make the experience special. He knows the menu and all the ingredients in great detail and was flexible in the way we ordered - allowing is to get half orders of various dishes so that we could create interesting combos. The restaurant is very expensive without a doubt. But they deliver in every way.More infoCanoeHousePrice: Very Expensive• Creative Japanese• Kamuela•4.7
