Restaurants near Warner Plaza Shopping Center

I recently booked a reservation at Casaléna for a friend’s birthday dinner. While the night didn’t start as planned, the amazing staff really turned things around. Our reservation was at 8:30 PM, but because of the rain, all the outdoor bookings had to be moved indoors. On top of that, there was a private party upstairs, so space was super limited, and we didn’t get seated until around 11 PM. The lobby and bar area were packed with people waiting, which made things a bit chaotic. That said, the bar staff was awesome while we waited—they kept the mood light and took great care of us. Once we finally got seated, our server was incredible, super attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed. The manager also checked in with us, apologized for the inconvenience, and went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. While the delay was a bit frustrating, the customer service truly made up for it. Also, the food was AMAZING ! I’d recommend adding a tarp or some kind of weather protection for the outdoor seating to avoid this kind of issue in the future. But overall, the staff exceeded our expectations, and we still ended up having a great night! :)

The ribeye and lamb were cooked to perfection. The mushrooms were excellent and the spinach artichoke dip was sublime. The old fashioneds were delicious. But above all the service from Edward, Zim and Yahaira along with the manager were over the top fantastic. We had a special situation with a medical recovery ❤️‍🩹 problem and we needed a booth and your staff made sure we had one.

The service was excellent and some of the food like hummus was great. The fried chicken sandwich and hamburger weren't as good as hoped. Prices were pretty high

Fantastic food and great ambience. Our servers were very professional and super polite. However, there was a few instances that our drinks were forgotten and took a little longer than usual. Other than that no complaints.
