- LLADONNAChicago / Illinois •36 reviews5.0Dined 2 days agoWas excited to try this new hidden gem. The drive there sets the cool usual vibe from jump, and everything else from arrival to departure was as awesome too. Service, food, value all fabulous. Each season would offer its own unique ambiance. Bravo!!More infoHorseFeathers Kitchen & CocktailsPrice: Expensive• American• Howell•4.5
- CCharlesVIPDetroit / Eastern Michigan •158 reviews5.0Dined 3 days agoAs always, the food at Weber's was great. There were 4 of us. We had Escargot as an appetizer. share 2 salads, a Wedge and the House Salad. Ten we had a Crispy Chicken sandwich, a French Dop sandwich, the Lobster Thermidor made from the Twin Lobster Tail option since they were out of Fresh Lobsters the day after Christmas, and the Half Duck. All the food was delicious and 3 of us brought what we could not finish home. The restaurant was nice and quiet even though it appeared to be busy. But what really made our lunch outstanding was the perfect service from Sarah V. She was on top of everything without being over the top, which is a perfect level of service.More infoWeber's RestaurantPrice: Expensive• Steakhouse• Ann Arbor•4.7
- JJanetDetroit / Eastern Michigan •1 review5.0Dined 4 days agoThis was my first time at the Gandy Dancer and I was impressed. It was Christmas Day and the restaurant was crowded. The staff was wonderful and gave us excellent service. Despite the crowd we never felt neglected. To begin, I ordered the butternut squash soup and my husband had the chowder. For the main course I had the scallops with risotto and my husband had the prime rib. Both meals were excellent and were good portions. The creme brulee for dessert was a perfect ending to a great meal. I thought that the prix fix price was reasonable too. Add all this to the ambiance of the old railroad station and it was a wonderful way to spend Christmas. We will definitely go back.More infoGandy DancerPrice: Moderate• Seafood• Ann Arbor•4.7

- BBrittanyDetroit / Eastern Michigan •4 reviews4.0Dined on Dec 14, 2024We visited Veritas for dinner before attending the Drinks & Deception show upstairs. Upon arrival, the restaurant had a moderate crowd, but we quickly noticed that very few tables had food, which raised concerns about timing. It took about 10 minutes before a hostess even arrived to seat the three waiting parties they were at the door, suggesting they might have been understaffed or in the midst of a shift change. Once seated, the wait times for both food and drinks were noticeably long, which made it a bit stressful given our plans for the evening. Despite the delays, Veritas offers a fairly priced menu and a pleasant ambiance. I’d consider returning in the future, hoping they address the staffing and wait-time challenges.More infoVeritasPrice: Expensive• Steakhouse• Jackson•3.3
