We do not like the noise level of the main dining room. We checked in 30minutes before our reservation to ask for a table in the room nearest University. These two rooms are very quiet and make this dining experience top notch. Unfortunately the hostess tried to seat us in the main dining room after waiting 30 minutes in bar. I told her we wanted the side dining room and she said rudely it wasn't available. The manager saw this interchange and immediately moved us to one of the open tables. Well done! Thank you. Service and food was excellent as usual. We eat at this restaurant at least twice per month. Love it!

We ended up sitting at the bar. Our servers were great. Per usual, our 1905 salad was delicious! We split a Cuban sandwich, however, it was not as good as we’ve had in the past - very little meat and no pickles on my half. In addition, it would be great if you brought back the table side service for sangria, salad, and the El Chacho steak. It was so wonderful to be able to go out and have an experiece.

I frequently visit Cooper’s Hawk in Sarasota almost every weekend with my fiancée and sister In law, and I can’t recommend it enough, especially thanks to the outstanding service from Shelley and Anthony. They truly elevate the experience with their attentiveness and care. Shelley, in particular, went above and beyond by explaining the wine club membership in such a thorough and engaging way—because of her, we’re now proud members! Anthony is equally fantastic—always with a friendly smile, quick to offer recommendations, and ensures that everything runs smoothly. Every time we visit, the food is consistently excellent, and we always leave satisfied. From the warm welcome to the impeccable service, this place always delivers. I rate it on a 5-boom meter, and this visit definitely earns the full 5 booms!

My husband and I took our 4 havanese dogs ( in strollers) out to dinner. Food was delicious, the patio was lovely and we all enjoyed very much!

My mom and aunt live in Sebring and I was in from Boston area. The food at the Cellar was outstanding. The meatballs were delicious as an appetizer. My mom had the lamb lollipops (appetizer portion) and caesar salad as her meal. Delicious! I had the veal marsala and my aunt had the chicken piccata. Fresh green beans and delicious angel hair pasta accompanied our meals. We loved everything. The servers were very responsive and professional. We will be back! This is what Sebring needs!
