The Bistro is located on the grounds of the Biltmore Estate, right next door to Biltmore's award-winning winery. Please be aware that you must have a valid paid estate admission ticket, be staying at Inn on Biltmore Estate or Village Hotel, or be a Biltmore Annual Passholder to dine on property. Please note that due to limited seating availability we are unable to accept reservations for our patio. All patio seating is assigned on a first come first served basis. The Bistro features contemporary American fare. Fresh, seasonal, and local ingredients are the focus on the dinner menu, which features premium steaks, impeccable mountain trout and seafood, poultry and lamb.     The chef was amazing. So helpful to find workarounds for a tomato allergy for one and a gluten allergy for another. Made a tasting menu fun again. Service was a tad haphazard, but I don't think tasting menus are the regular. Everyone was so pleasant it made up for it. Our server even shared her stash of bottled water. What a memorable Christmas. Thank you!

    A fantastic experience! I made rez strictly on OT reviews not knowing it was an Indigo Road Hospitality Group property of which I am a huge fan. If you are fortunate enough to land Ace N as your server, trust him on your adventure through the menu. His knowledge of flavors, preparation, and pairings were perfection. Bone marrow Tater Tots, charcoaled carrots, Chef Cut CAB, Tiramisu, Super Tuscan, and Nonino all amazing!!!!

    Our appetizers, meals, and drinks were delicious. We were sadly disappointed in the buckeye cake. Very dry! Service was excellent. My Christmas margarita was remarkable! I need to figure out the recipe for home. Overall WONDERFUL experience
