With the same fire that burned in the culinary belly of Ancient Rome, Francesco and Valerio embarked on a dream to open a cozy, authentic Italian restaurant in New York.     Highly recommend ordering a flight of 3 Negronis instead of ordering 1 because you'll have the opportunity to try multiple and they're all worth ordering. Staff were incredibly friendly. I have a tree nut allergy and our server mentioned that they're a tree nut free kitchen/menu, so that was fantastic.

    I had a fantastic dining experience at this restaurant while celebrating my friend’s birthday! The atmosphere was lively yet intimate, creating the perfect setting for our celebration. We started with the mussels, which were fresh, tender, and bursting with flavor. The brisket beef was absolutely melt-in-your-mouth, cooked to perfection with rich, savory flavors. The Caesar salad was crisp and light, balancing the richness of the other dishes beautifully. For drinks, I tried both a White Russian and a Phoenix cocktail – both were expertly crafted, with the White Russian being smooth and indulgent, while the Phoenix had a bold, refreshing twist. The staff made the birthday celebration even more special with their warm and attentive service. Overall, the combination of great food, amazing cocktails, and a wonderful atmosphere made this an unforgettable experience. Highly recommend this place for any occasion – it’s perfect for celebrating with friends!

    Food is 5 star. Service is 5 stars. Everything is appropriate for a 5 star rating … except… one thing…. When I bring a special bottle of wine in for my birthday… don’t charge me $45 for a corking fee! $10 is standard. $25 is upper tier… $45 is stupid. Seriously that’s my only complaint. I go to Christos because it is superb quality. I am fine with paying more for high quality. But $45 for a corking fee… not reasonable.
