Our server Nicole was amazing! Very attentive and helpful in making both food and drink choices. She helped make my boyfriend’s birthday feel very special!

Food was delicious but portion was light, service was excellent with our server Alex. However the hostess Ashley was super rude and has attitude, staff was cleaning and taking our dessert plate and she already dropped the machine for the bill that I didn’t asked for, all she said was “you have 10 mins before our next booking”.. gees I just finished my dessert and still have my coffee, she should have tell me earlier that they have 2 bookings for the night for the same table..

This was my second visit to Earl this week and I love it obviously. It feels like I’m going to a friend’s home. From the greeting from the hostess to the server who is obviously new there seems to be several new servers, but they have the earl mentality and graciousness That we’ve come to expect. Food was amazing. It was a special occasion, not a birthday, but a solemn occasion, but they did offer us dessert, which was lovely and more importantly I was there for four hours, and they didn’t bother us at all. They were very understanding.

Always a pleasure eating and shopping at Eataly. It's such a great dining experience. We come here as often as we can. Delicious food, great service and the products available to take home is exceptional.

Excellent bistro. Best in town, roast duck is the best! Very good service and ambience is very warm and welcoming. Highly recommended
