Thank you for the server who acknowledged my complaint about the sides coming to us cold. The steak wasn’t perfect as usual. The kitchen manager did come over and asked me if I wanted to replace my sides. I already had boxed the steak and sides so I said no that’s okay. They provided a Desert for us to share. As we did pay separately, it would have been nice to offer a shared desert and reduce my bill by removing the cost of the steak.

We have a food allergy (celiac) to deal with and there is no better place for having confidence in how it is handled. There isn’t a more consistent experience out there and the value is there when you consider what you’d pay for a similar meal at upscale options. One of our top go-to’s.

First time going to Chop. Staff and management made us feel very welcome. Taylor explained the menu very well, let us know what the popular dishes are, and the features. The goat cheese dip and birria spring rolls are a must. We were there for our anniversary and staff were so sweet acknowledging it in a special way.

Incredible teamwork shown by all to ensure smooth, timely, and friendly service during a full capacity setting. Super impressive! The changing cocktail options are always innovative and delicious, and they capture the season in a glass. The food consistently offers interesting combinations whose profiles work beautifully through each bite. Ending it all with the most perfect Affogato, you have yourself a most enjoyable meal in a lively and most welcoming atmosphere. Thank you all at PG!
