Staff was extremely helpful. Delicious food. But these are not small plates! The portions were very generous. Look forward to going back

Everything was wonderful. We did share small plates only however when we ordered the Chuck meat plate there was very little meat and just way too many jalapeño peppers that were pickled. Not quite proportional in my opinion👩🏻‍🍳 our raider was very attentive, and the place was floaty with great vibes… Coincidentally we had lunch next-door a creek cause I didn’t have no idea you guys were the same restaurant group… We are foodies and enjoyed the details and the cocktails!

We were led through a warm charming restaurant down a hall to some side room expansion with terrible lighting. They sat us at a table with a broken chair at the back of the room by what must have been the front door of a previous business. Very disappointing. My drink arrived with a tajin salted rim that wasn’t listed on the menu and the waiter was put off when I asked for the drink without salt. They dumped it in a new glass, salty orange wedge and all and brought it back to me. Food was great but service and ambience was bad.

Food is very inventive but some dishes beater than others. A few of the small plates were tough to share - the brisket hard to cut up into servings and the pork cheeks needed to come with another bun or two smaller ones The carpaccio was delicious Fried chicken large plate should have more sides for that price - $50 for half a chicken would be pricey in NYC but in a back alley in Steamboat is kinda offensive Also would be nice to have beer on tap

I was excited to try this place and had been on the list the last few Steamboat trips and finally tried it this trip. It was difficult to make reservations and you must do it through Open Table app not a phone browser. The craft cocktails were good as many in the group ordered them. I ordered a glass of wine which never arrived after 20 minutes. I reminded the waiter and he finally brought it to me. I had to flag him down for the second one. The tapas were good. We had Roma crunch, salmon crudo, hash, elk tips, tacos (brisket were the best), crispy potatoes, and fried chicken. Our service was okay and I felt singled out in receiving poor service. Hence the glass of wine situation mentioned above. Then he cleared our plates and was replenishing everyone’s for our additional tapas and completely skipped over me giving everyone else clean plates. He had an extra in his hand so it appeared to me he was singly ignoring me. We flagged down another server to bring me a plate. For the price, I would expect better service.

Food was amazing, service was spectacular but the 4 top behind us made the experience miserable. They were loud, drunk and obnoxious. We finished, left and didn’t get to enjoy the evening.

Seated at a high top, in the bar area! ( originally put at entry & we asked to move, sat in the corner- perfect, away from the chill ). Jordan was a great and attentive server, with good recommendations- 5 small plates to share among 4 of us was really perfect: salmon crudo (nice hot & lemon sauces), pow pow shrimp: crisp & tasty, hash ( AMAZING flavors), potatoes-fabulous, crispy & soft, yummy sauces… panzanilla salad fresh & healthy portion. Great vibe …Lucky we got in!

Cozy spot off the main drag in downtown Steamboat Springs. The cocktails were strong and excellent. Food is family style so it was fun to try many different items on the menu. All tasty and filling. Our waiter could not have been better. Highly recommend dining at The Laundry.
