    It’s a shame their service can’t be friendlier or this restaurant would be a great all around experience. Service is repeatedly unfriendly and cold, as if you’re inconveniencing them by patronizing their restaurant.

    Best restaurant hands down. Love everything about it. The food is ever changing with awesome results. Love everyone who works there. It is really a family. It is as close to being in France as you can get in the US!

    Bouchon, as always, was excellent. We usually get 2 onion soups, a salad and share the steak frites "manion" style. Last night we also tried the cheese puffs which were great!

    Service is always phenomenal at Le Bouchon. The kitchen and wait staff is great, able to portion out the food times wonderfully. The food is some of the best French food in the city.

    There was a group of loud women who dominated the noise. Unfortunately staff did not take control and ask them to keep their voices down. Consequently, everyone had to raise their voices to have a conversation and it was unpleasant to dine. Waitstaff was ok but no personality.

    We had an amazing time for my husband’s birthday. Everything we ordered - oysters, mussels, sweetbreads, escargot - were delicious! We were also given a free amaro toast to celebrate the occasion.

    Very small restaurant and rather noisy, but food and service were very good. Highly recommend the mussels.
