   Dined in March 4, 2025 Restaurant was empty. Not their fault. Tuesday in March in Southampton. Moules Marinieres were so bland. Salmon was overcooked. This restaurant is usually better. Very disappointing. Maybe it was just an off night but we will not be going back anytime soon.

   Wonderful experience with great food and impeccable service. Cajun chicken is a must try even though not listed in the menu.

   Table was too small for our group (of which we made reservations weeks in advance). Service was minimal and not the most welcoming. Took a very long time before anyone came to take our orders. Food orders came staggered for both appetizers and main order—some orders arrived and the others that followed came when everyone else almost finished.

    My favorite meal in the hamptons is here at Le Charlot. Ask for the Cajun chicken....even though it's not on the menu they almost always have it. It's divine. Especially paired w a martini!
