   Always a pleasure to be here. only my main was not up to standards, the chicken was dry even when I asked for sauce, still dry and no taste, everything else was excellent, Pate, profiteroles, sublime. I did tell the server at the end and she said she wished I had told her earlier but I was not in the mood to get something else and wait, so I still ate it. Having been going here for 30 years and over 100 times, this was only my 2nd meal that was not perfect, so I can complain to much...

   Our favorite restaurant in Palm Springs and it was perfection as usual. Sitting outside in the sunshine under the trees, slightly breezy, heaters keeping the temperature just right (temperature was 65) made for a delightful environment. Our server, Nickolas, was exceptional. Friendly, knowledgeable and attentive. Highly recommend the vegetable ravioli, the sole and branzino. Has, by far, the No 1 best chocolate martini in Palm Springs. Do miss the unique feature of the menu on the blackboards.

   The food and service was outstanding! I believe our waitress was Catarina. And thank you for adjusting the sound of the music. It was a bit too loud when we arrived.

   We celebrated my birthday last evening at Le Vallauris. This is our “go to” restaurant for special occasions and has been for the last 12 years. It did not disappoint! Everyone we encountered was professional and gracious. The food, as always, was delicious and the service was impeccable. We were well taken care of throughout our evening. The restaurant has a beautiful ambience. The garden lighting, the bouquets of flowers on each table and the table settings provide a special touch to this special place. Thank you for another memorable evening.

   We had the veal medallions, filet, rack of lamb and duck breast. All prepared nearly perfectly with very pleasing presentation on the plate. The filet was a very generous portion. All the beverages were prepared properly. We had wine by the glass (which was very good) and ;did not order from the extensive wine list. A sommelier is available to aid in your selection if that is what you prefer. Nice atmosphere outdoors as the weather is nearly perfect in the evening.
