Returning after a 4+ year lapse to find the still high attention to detail and quality service instilled upon these students wishing to become part of the Industry. Food selection and portions for Luncheon were perfect. Presentation was in keeping with local traditions.

Had our usual great meal. We reserved for 12:30 PM and noticed that some of the food is not available Will in the future reserve 11:30 AM. Dylan was great and very friendly and attentive. It takes almost 2 hours to eat which is fine with us, but some diners may find that timeframe too long.

We enjoyed the French theme. Thesalman and lamb was excellent. The tomato bisque was very good as well. There was a delay in getting served, and the meal lasted over 2 hours. However, it was Ok.

The best fine dining on Maui. An amazing business model- the students are learning all aspects of the restaurant business as the serve, cook and graciously interact with the diners. We love this place !

The food was outstanding with unique flavors. The service was very good and the dining area was five star. The time between courses was too long, especially the entree.

Food was absolutely amazing as usual! Our server was very nice and did his job well. He is learning, and everyone was very patient with him. Every course was amazingly delicious! The ambiance was nice and we just love coming there! Mark Malone runs a fantastic program with his students!!!

We enjoyed going back to Lei’s Class Act. We have been going for almost 10 years and were glad to go again. The Asian theme was great. I loved the spare ribs, the cold noodles, and scallops. They ran out of one dessert, but the sorbet was great. I think the food is as good as Mama’s Fish house, but at half the price!

Fabulous lunch - we go every year and this year's theme was Asian. All courses were creative and delicious. Loved the Kona Kanpachi and sauce as well as the Galbi Jjim. Wonderful dessert and staff of students were knowledgeable and friendly. Our server Emma was nice and Peyton gave us so much information on the dishes - and had a great smile! Great to catch up with Mark again too and Head Chef Peter Pak came by to be sure all was o.k. for us - how could it not be??!! Wish we could be there next week for the Italian theme but we'll be back next year. Sorry entree photos I took wouldn't upload to Open Table.

Standout performance by the culinary whiz-kids at UH-Maui. We had the French meunu which started out just so-so, Both the amuse bouch (a custard with a crisped prosciutto in an egg shell) and the fish quenelles were far too rich for our taste. However, the entrees (scrumptious lamb chops and surprising salmon} were real standouts. The caramel mouse was a perfect ending. The service was very attentive, friendly and very efficient. Only let-down was the overly slow production times which could be helped by slowing the starter courses.
