There were two tables that had a couple of people each at them, and I noticed their service was very attentive same server at our table which had a group of six and our service seemed very sporadic. However,, I found out later that because we were a table of six they put the tip on automatically. Maybe this is why our service wasn’t very good because they knew there was a built-in TIP already?\n\nThey didn’t have many of the menu items, but we made it work I will say the steak was very good.\n\nOne group ordered mashed potatoes and they were cold. It was like they came out of the refrigerator. We did let them know about that. They replaced them. They were a little better, but still not hot like you would expected.\n\nThis was our third visit here the prior to visits were wonderful. Five stars everything This time however we ordered onion rings. They were nothing like the ones we ordered in the past they were good, but they were on the level of sonic onion rings. In the past onion rings were thick cut the best I ever experienced.\n\nI went on and on for everyone to order the onion rings because they were so good, but they were just average at best this time.\n\nThey didn’t bring my baked potato. The waiter said they would get me one which they did. It was like a baked potato that had been cooked the previous day and reheated.\n\nI’ve had two great experiences, and one not so good experience. Had this been my first experience it would’ve been my last. I know what Level 2 is capable of doing. I just didn’t get it this time which was very disappointing because I talked up Level 2 steakhouse so highly to my Brother and sister-in-law and our two friends\n\nHopefully this was a one time thing. I would hate to remove Level 2 Steakhouse from my It was like they came out of the refrigerator. We did let them know about that. They replaced them. They were a little better, but still not hot like you would expected.\n\nThis was our third visit here the prior to visits were wonderful. Five stars everything This time however we ordered onion rings. They were nothing like the ones we ordered in the past they were good, but they were on the level of sonic onion rings. In the past onion rings were thick cut the best I ever experienced.\n\nI went on and on for everyone to order the onion rings because they were so good, but they were just average at best this time.\n\nThey didn’t bring my baked potato. The waiter said they would get me one which they did. It was like a baked potato that had been cooked the previous day and reheated.\n\nI’ve had two great experiences, and one not so good experience. Had this been my first experience it would’ve been my last. I know what Level 2 is capable of doing. This was our third visit here the prior to visits were wonderful. Five stars everything This time however we ordered onion rings. They were nothing like the ones we ordered in the past they were good, but they were on the level of sonic onion rings. In the past onion rings were thick cut the best I ever experienced.
I went on and on for everyone to order the onion rings because they were so good, but they were just average at best this time.
They didn’t bring my baked potato. The waiter said they would get me one which they did. It was like a baked potato that had been cooked the previous day and reheated.
I’ve had two great experiences, and one not so good experience. Had this been my first experience it would’ve been my last. I know what Level 2 is capable of doing. I just didn’t get it this time which was very disappointing because I talked up Level 2 steakhouse so highly to my Brother and sister-in-law and our two friends
Hopefully this was a one time thing. I would hate to remove Level 2 Steakhouse from my recommendations

I took my mom for the Mothers Day brunch, it was mediocre at best.
The server was great, the omelette station was subpar, could definitely use a few more protein and vegetable options. The waffle station should be made to order, not a fan of waffles in a chaffing dish (then tend to get soggy). The Bloody Mary mix, I absolutely wasn’t a fan of, however, they did have a very nice presentation, the ice sculpture, the table settings were very classy. Overall experience was pleasant, I found the experience over priced with the subpar quality of food.

Angel was wonderful taking care of my mom, sister, and I.
Special thank you to Christine and the rest of the Level 2 team to take the time to making the atmosphere special for my mom. When she saw the flowers on her table she said “oh there’s irises!!!” (I know I brought them but it meant a lot that a little bit of her mom was with us)

We really love Level2. Suzanne is our favorite server. She is friendly, accommodating and always there to please! All the food is delicious and perfectly prepared. We have been enjoying Level 2 for years!
