Not only is eating a more plant-based diet healthier and more forgiving to one’s body, but it is significantly better for the environment. However, with healthy plant-based options not being the popular choice, we know we have stiff competition. Therefore, our intention with Bloom is to focus on bringing flavorful, healthy, and affordable plant-based food to families while also being desirable and appealing to everyone regardless of their diet.

Absolutely outstanding! Really enjoyed the entire experience. The only thing that could be impt9ved on was the temperature of the restaurant. It was very chilly. I had to keep my coat on and my son was tempted to wear his hat. Food quality, taste, service and everything else was fantastic! Looking forward to going back.

Last night, my best friend and I had the pleasure of dining at Komo, and from start to finish, the experience was nothing short of exceptional. The food was incredibly fresh, beautifully presented, and absolutely delicious—each dish was crafted with evident care and creativity. Our evening was elevated further by our server, Willy, who impressed us with his extensive knowledge of the menu, warm demeanor, and truly outstanding customer service. He thoughtfully recommended we explore the speakeasy and lounge upstairs, which turned out to be a delightful continuation of our night. We came to dinner with 2 young children. Taylor was our server and she was phenomenal, graciously dealing with the odd requests from the kids, cleaning up a spilled lemonade before I could even ask for another napkin, and ensuring 2 shared entrees came out on 4 separate plates. It was a birthday dinner and she nailed the timing and candles. She really made sure we had a great time. Thanks Taylor & the Dawson!
