About the restaurant

The idea of a backyard barbecue invokes a comfortable kind of joy: friends and family relaxing and grilling together on a lazy summer afternoon. Bite into that feeling with Honey Salt’s backyard favorite burger, which is likely better than what you could cook at home. Tomato jam and aged cheddar give the meal a culinary upgrade. Opt for the applewood smoked bacon or an egg from the nearby Desert Bloom Eco Farm.

About the restaurant

Thanks to her star turn on Season 18 of Bravo’s Top Chef, The Black Sheep chef/owner Jamie Tran is finally garnering the national attention she deserves. Of course, in-the-know locals have long been fans — Eater Las Vegas awarded her Chef of the Year and Restaurant of the Year. Try Tran’s bao sliders for a Vietnamese take on the burger. Housemade pork sausage and a fried quail egg form the savory base and jalapeño aïoli offers a spicy kick.

Outstanding experience. Feels elegant casual, and at the same time like family dining with such personalized service that chef Tran filled our water glasses, was gracious to take a minute for a conversation, and on the way out was behind the bar mixing drinks. Not JUST palette pleasing. Heart warming.

About the restaurant

It’s natural to have high expectations when ordering a burger from a steakhouse-cum-butchershop. Echo & Rig exceeds those expectations with its butcher blend burger, made from brisket, chuck ribeye, and even prime steak trimmings. Chef and restaurateur Sam Marvin’s 7-ounce, house-ground beef patty is complemented by a locally made brioche bun, brandywine tomato, and Worcestershire aioli.

Wonderful experience! The hostess was lovely, the manager checked with us, our waiter Lucas was funny, sweet and knowledgeable. He suggested the wine sauce with my steak-- absolutely delicious. He also suggested a coffee drink with dessert-- the name now escapes me-- made with Liquor 43. It was amazing! Portion to price ratio is actually astounding. The steaks were cooked to perfection, the sides were delicious, the mushroom soup was the best soup I've ever had in my life, and the dessert to die for. HIGHLY recommend!!

About the restaurant

Chef Justin Kingsley Hall and restaurateur Kim Owens are two of the most passionate creators in Las Vegas. Main Street Provisions, with its modern American take on comfort food, is a culmination of their lives’ work so far. Their triumph is apparent in MSP’s elevated take on the humble burger. Sustainable, pasture-raised, Tasmanian ground chuck and Shropshire Bleu cheese sauce anchor this dish, which is accompanied by grilled onions, house-pickled cucumbers, and the signature “saucy sauce.” A brioche bun tops (and bottoms) it off.

About the restaurant

As one would expect from a place with “burger” in its title, Gordon Ramsay’s eponymous burger restaurant offers a mouthwatering array of bun-filled options, all cooked over a hard-wood flame. From the truffle burger to the crispy cherry pepper chicken burger, you can’t go wrong. The Hell’s Kitchen burger stands out thanks to its doubly spicy flavor from roasted jalapeños and jalapeño aioli. Vegetarian plant-based patties are available upon request.

About the restaurant

Since 1988, Paymon’s has provided Las Vegans with their favorite Mediterranean dishes, winning countless accolades along the way. While Las Vegas Weekly and CitySearch have both awarded Paymon’s “best fries,” it’s high time the lamb burger got some love. The patty is a mix of a half-pound top sirloin lamb with mushrooms, bell peppers, and green onions served on a slightly toasted brioche bun. Plus, Paymon’s grinds the lamb in-house daily, so it’s always fresh.

About the restaurant

The most American of indulgences — the double cheeseburger — is no longer limited to meat eaters. True Food’s delectable patty, housemade with portobello mushroom, walnuts, beets, and kuzu root delivers the same pleasure of biting into a big double patty. Vegan cheddar and veganaise add even more flavor. It’s topped with lettuce, tomato, and pickled onion on a flaxseed bun. This rapidly growing Arizona-based restaurant chain focuses on healthy food without sacrificing the flavor.

About the restaurant

Old Soul’s elevated American menu celebrates chef Natalie Young’s African-American heritage with dishes such as the collard green artichoke dip and fried green tomatoes. The veggie burger stands out for its delicious simplicity, with avocado, sprouts, mayo, and red onion on wheat bread.
Dining at the restaurant: Pre-prohibition elegance makes the trip to dine at World Market Center more than worth it.

World Market had an event going on and sadly we were unable to even get into the parking lot because we didn't have a pass. Unfortunately we had to call in and cancel our reservation because we were unable to even get in. The hostess was very nice as she explained the circumstances. The frustration was thinking we had a place to eat prior to our play. Reservation system allowed us to make one when in fact we were unable to even get into the parking lot during an event. Informing patrons of this unfortunate system would be helpful. Giving the restaurant an " A" for effort on their part and ours. Until next time, so they say!
