El Omakase, es una experiencia donde el comensal se deja guiar por la selección del chef Rafael Valdés, y es la especialidad de este sitio. A pesar de ser un restaurante pequeño (aproximadamente 25 comensales) cuenta con una amplia selección de sakes y pesca viva a la que se puede acceder y en la que se encuentran erizos, camarones y jaibas así como importaciones como el atún Toro y salmón de Nueva Zelanda.

Aquí los lonches de pancita o unas encacahuatadas veganas son protagonistas, también puedes disfrutar de su “hospitalidad líquida” con un latte endulzado con jarabe de agave.

Abrió sus puertas en 2014 en la colonia Providencia con especialidad en comida mexicana tradicional dentro de una exhacienda que se convirtió en un corredor gastronómico estilo campestre con salón techado y terraza. Este restaurante en Guadalajara realmente crea un ambiente muy mexicano, prueba de ello son los detalles que encontrarás como los pajareros de la suerte, boleros (cortesía de la casa), mariachi en vivo y los algodones de azúcar. Entre los platillos más populares del chef Diego Rivera destacan el camarón de Chiapas o el mole de Oaxaca; en cuanto a bebidas hay desde destilados, mezcal, margaritas de sabores con frutas naturales hasta una cava con alrededor de 80 etiquetas nacionales e internacionales.

The atmosphere is great. location is very convenient with a huge parking lot right in front. Food and service are really excellent both!

Considerado uno de los mejores restaurantes de Zapopan, bajo la batuta del chef corporativo Adán Flores, se mezclan los sabores del viejo continente y los mejores cortes al auténtico estilo gaucho, perfecto para comidas de negocios o placer. Los platillos que más destacan del menú son los cortes de carne como el ojo de bife, pero también el jugo de carne que se macera durante tres días lo que le permite tener un concentrado de muchos sabores. En cuanto a la cava cuentan con alrededor de 230 etiquetas de vinos españoles, chilenos, mexicanos e italianos.

Considerado uno de los mejores restaurantes de Zapopan, bajo la batuta del chef corporativo Adán Flores, se mezclan los sabores del viejo continente y los mejores cortes al auténtico estilo gaucho, perfecto para comidas de negocios o placer. Los platillos que más destacan del menú son los cortes de carne como el ojo de bife, pero también el jugo de carne que se macera durante tres días lo que le permite tener un concentrado de muchos sabores. En cuanto a la cava cuentan con alrededor de 230 etiquetas de vinos españoles, chilenos, mexicanos e italianos.

En este restaurante ubicado en Avenida México 3005 y abierto desde 2016, se puede encontrar una interesante propuesta del chef Juan Loera Cardona, de cocina internacional y mediterránea a través de platillos como la empanada Polanco, risotto de chile poblano con pulpo adobado, pulpo al grill y una interpretación única de los ostiones a la Rockefeller. Además, Polanco ofrece más de 100 etiquetas de vino, un amplio rango de destilados y mixología de autor. Se trata de un lugar familiar, aunque los fines de semana es más común ver a parejas y grupos de amigos disfrutar de una de las terrazas más elegantes de la zona.

Con especialidad en cocina de humo a cargo del chef Fernando Pérez, Brick Steakhouse abiró en el 2018 en el corredor gastronómico Country Club. Entre sus especialidades destaca la barbacoa de costilla de res, la cazuela de cachete de res braseado y el pollo ahumado en manzano. El ambiente del lugar es versátil pues cuenta con una terraza con macetas colgantes que le dan vida y frescura al lugar, así como un salón y un espacio privado por lo que es ideal si buscas llevar a cabo una reunión de trabajo o pasar tiempo con familia y amigos.

Su nombre nace de la combinación de la cocina mexicana y el fundador chef Nico Mejía. Este lugar nace en 2020 como un homenaje a México a través de sus recetas inspiradas en platillos típicos del país. Aquí puedes probar el Chilayo Colimota, camarones estilo Cuchupetas de Mazatlán, ceviche Colimita o la langosta estilo Puerto Nuevo de Tijuana. “México Líquido” es el nombre que recibe la barra de bebidas con cócteles a base de tejuino o tuba. Todo esto se degusta en un espacio en el que la terraza tiene vista a la Avenida Patria.

La selección de razas superiores como Black Angus y Wagyu Cross son muestra de su calidad High Choice, Su etiqueta de vino de la casa “Punto Medio” y mixología (que incluyen la carta de gin tonic y cócteles sin alcohol) complementan la experiencia. Ideal para cualquier tipo de celebración.

Los platillos estrella del lugar son los cortes de carne como la picaña, filete mignon, beef ancho (rib eye), costillas de res y pork picaña, cocinados conforme llegan los clientes a fin de asegurar un término adecuado a la hora de llegar a la mesa.

Los platillos estrella del lugar son los cortes de carne como la picaña, filete mignon, beef ancho (rib eye), costillas de res y pork picaña, cocinados conforme llegan los clientes a fin de asegurar un término adecuado a la hora de llegar a la mesa.
