Melding the best offerings of Chef Tyson Cole’s first three restaurants (Uchi Austin, Uchiko, and Uchi Houston), the menu includes hot and cold tastings, makimono, yakimono, tempura, sushi, and sashimi. Reservations are encouraged and can be booked online up to 1 month in advance. Walk-in bar seating is available and is subject to wait times. Went with work colleagues and had a fantastic time. Jose, our server, was phenomenal; paid close attention to dietary restrictions and made wonderful recommendations. Shared the honey and mushroom pizzas and didn’t have a slice left. The pasta entrees were fresh and delicious. Jose’s wine recommendations were spot on. And a sampling of each dessert was shared and enjoyed by all. Definitely recommend!

The food was great as always. It was freezing cold however so we could hardly focus on the food. We asked if the heat could be turned up but nothing changed. The chocolate silk pie was great and we enjoyed the birthday sparkler.

Love their menu. Edamame guacamole is a wonderful appetizer. Chopped salad no farro with tofu to be GF was so great. Usually substitute with quinoa, but they were out. Daughter’s fav is the bison sausage & fried egg pizza.

Once again North Italia knocks the experience out of the park. Everything was absolutely fantastic. Our server made the experience that much better. The entrees, appetizers, and the Merlot me and my fabulous date had was absolutely amazing. Definitely a must to have North Italia in your rotation of restaurants you typically visit.

Inspired by the brilliant and fast-paced culinary scene in Jalisco, the restaurant captures the serendipitous connections created when culture, food, tequila and art merge into one experience. Jose’s vibrant story comes to life at every table through its chef-driven plates, craft cocktails, the ceramics crafted by its renowned namesake, José Noe Suro of Ceramica Suro and the hand-drawn mural adorning the walls with scenes of Guadalajara and Tequila, which was a collaboration between Suro and Dallas-based designer and artist Megan Reinhardt. More than a restaurant, José is a community with authentically innovative Mexican food at its heart. Table 33 was bad. Next to a door. Kept getting a cold breeze. Astrid was nice to move us. Additionally, I mentioned in the App that it was my wife’s birthday, but the team didn’t recognize it.

Hailing from Florence, Italy, Adelmo Banchetti started his career in the food and beverage world at the tender age of 16. His work took him all over the world from ships to hotels, and finally, Dallas, Texas , where he worked at the legendary Fairmont Hotel’s Pyramid Room, the Mansion On Turtle Creek, and the Crescent Court Hotel. In 1989, he and his wife Eliza, who hails from the Mediterranean region, opened Adelmo’s Ristorante to rave reviews. Their love of family, friends, good food and wines is reflected, to this day, at Adelmo’s. We feature cuisine inspired by the Italian/ Mediterranean region as well as the herbs, spices and grains indigenous to its shores. Made with the freshest ingredients. Ida Claire is a funky, southern influenced restaurant & bar open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The food is notched up southern but has influences from different regions. You’ll most likely see dishes you’ve heard of before but with little twists here and there.

Our sandwiches will be served on biscuits & we’ll have chicken & waffles on every menu. Brunch is obviously southern & will be a big part of what we do. The drinks are takes on classics like the Mint Julep but revved up & including a lot of house made ingredients.

The décor has a southern influence with antebellum charm & elegant polish, stated most clearly in our reworked air stream trailer parked in the garden for VIP reservations. The whole restaurant will feel like a quirky southern aristocrat’s home…just not exactly what you might think.

Went for my partners birthday. Service was fast and great thanks to Jennifer. We ordered the fried oysters, ribs, and ravioli with a side of brussel sprouts. Great taste and flavors with an eccentric vibe going on.
