Each one was generously proportioned and cooked to perfection. We had the mushrooms, asparagus, sauteed spinach, and \"German\" potatoes as the sides, which were excellent. It turned out that they were out of the particular wine I ordered, so they brought an excellent bottle of even better quality and charged the price of what I ordered. The food was excellent, and the steak cooked perfectly to order. A rare experience I find too often as I order well-done. It was a 'school' night and the place was quiet enough to have a good two hour chat with our meal. Good service. Excellent food. Nice ambiance. Frankly, that's all a restaurant ever needs to offer. And sadly, most fail at one of those. Thanks, Capital Grille, I'll be coming back. We took visiting family to Royal 35 and they could not stop raving about the experience. We enjoy the intimate, quieter atmosphere of Royal 35 over some of the more boisterous steakhouses elsewhere in the city.
There were four of us, and one had the petit filet, another had the full filet, another had the NY strip, and the fourth had the ribeye. Each one was generously proportioned and cooked to perfection. We had the mushrooms, asparagus, sauteed spinach, and "German" potatoes as the sides, which were excellent. It turned out that they were out of the particular wine I ordered, so they brought an excellent bottle of even better quality and charged the price of what I ordered. The service was prompt, courteous, and friendly throughout.

The Krebs is an historic restaurant founded in 1899 by Fred and Cora Krebs. The restaurant has been a popular landmark in Skaneateles for over a century, serving presidents, dignitaries and celebrities. The Krebs was re-opened after undergoing a complete renovation while carefully preserving the history and ambiance that visitors have grown accustomed to. The restaurant is a farm to table concept that utilizes the freshest hand selected local ingredients and the highest quality meats and seafood. All profits from the restaurant are donated to local women and children's charities of Central New York.

J. Gilbert's is an "upscale casual" steakhouse serving prime-aged beef cooked over a mesquite wood-fired grill. Guests enjoy various cuts of steak, fresh seafood (including award-winning crab cakes) & other house made favorites like the Maytag Blue potato chips & chocolate velvet cake. The cozy atmosphere includes fire side dining, rich wood, brick & soft lighting where you can enjoy dinner for two or host a large party. The extensive martini & wine list offers the perfect compliment to an excellent meal delivered with attentive service. Reservations are highly recommended.

Born in Naples, Italy Salvatore DiMeo has continued on the family tradition of cooking traditional neopolitan fare of the highest quality at moderate prices. Fantastic restaurant, especially for a date night! Alexis was our server and she was above and beyond great! The service was impeccable and the food was unbelievably delicious. Definitely get the Berkshire Pork Chop if you want the best tasting chop of your life!
