Our "7 Seas" project is a gastronomical endeavor in search of exciting fresh seafood dishes made of fish caught from according to Jacques Cousteau "one of the great aquariums in the world": the sea of Cortez. The recent Michelin recognition was well deserved. Every aspect of our visit to Acre was phenomenal. We come back every time we are in Cabo and are never disappointed. Our servers were incredible. It was an incredible dining experience. Truly. I forget our server’s name, but she was from France and she was wonderful. She curated the best dining experience for us with her knowledge of the menu, her suggestions for meals that compliment each other, and ensuring we were happy. The food ranks up there as top three ever for me and I don’t remember my other top 2 experiences lol. Highly recommend for an incredible dining experience.

Another great meal at Fred's. This is a must when visiting Cancun. We sat outside for the first time and boy have we been missing out. We were in our own exclusive villa table with a beautiful view of the bay. We started with oysters and martinis and they were great. The Fish and Salmon was wonderful and finished it up with espresso martinis. Will be back before we leave for home.
