Amazing! My husband and I had an incredible experience. Everything all around, food, ambiance, presentation, hospitality…so impressive! We have eaten in many Michelin restaurants and Enigma comes near the top of all of those establishments.
The dining experience at Enigma wows from start to finish. It begins with the striking interiors, lined with mosaic tiles that glitter like tiny jewels. Food and cocktails were delicious, you could tell the food is made with quality ingredients. Our server was lovely, attentive and knowledgeable. We went on a Monday evening so it was quiet. The ambience is cozy but elegant. Only thing to note was our entrees came out at different times so my friend was waiting for my entree to come out for a while so we could eat together. Great night overall !

Great lunch at Canoe today. The excellent new head chef Rod and his team are already putting some new touches to the menu and expanding the range of always delicious choices with some more delicate and lighter tasty fare. Can't wait for the new tasting menu to be released. The service and ambience amazing as always.

Quetzal recently acquired a MICHELIN star and much of the credit for the honor goes to owner Grant Van Gameren executive chef Steven Molnar, who previously worked at Bar Raval and Bar Isabel. Izutsu’s nine-course tasting menu celebrates seasonality, and he pays as much attention to plating as he does to ingredient selection, resulting in visually striking dishes with layers of rich, nuanced flavors.
