What a delight! I came in for my birthday lunch! Visiting Montreal solo for a few days and this place did not disappoint! Sparkling water and steak tartare to start, then the beef Bourguignon and a side of focaccia bread and a Pinot noir. Finished off the experience with a Kir Imperial ( similar to Kir royale)! The waiter was fantastic and did not rush me, as I sat and enjoyed my drink and read a book for a bit. What a special gem!

Michelin recommendation well earned! My friend and I shared an appetizer and dessert on either side of our entrees. The carpaccio was presented in an interesting way and was delicious. My friend had the scallops which were amazing, I had the loong kong chicken, a new taste for that was well prepared. We shared the pavlova for dessert which was perfect. All of this was over a shared bottle of Pinot Noir accompanied by doting attention from the sommelier. An amazing night out; highly recommended.

Honestly the best experience I’d ever had at a restaurant. Beautiful interior, cool and unique uniforms for service staff, and incredible food. Sam was our server and *made* the best anniversary dinner that my girlfriend and I have had by far. He was very personable and entertained us with genuine conversation. His knowledgeable presentation of the meat board was a big help in deciding which steak we would order and he also gave great recommendations on wine. In terms of general service, the cherry on top for me were the hot towels provided after the main course - ‘extra’ details like this, and many more, are what truly make me believe that Chairman’s is, undeniably, the best fine dining steakhouse in the city!

We enjoyed a nice Christmas meal with close friends at Charcoal. Caitlyn did an excellent job as our server and was friendly, polite and attentive. The food was really tasty and I really enjoyed the beef wellington. It was a very pleasant way to celebrate the holidays.

Everything we ordered was exquisite. Packed with flavour but also well balanced. I’m familiar with Middle Eastern food and this exceeded my expectations by far. Service and food/drink start to finish was amazing! There was a mix up in my order and it was quickly resolved, no troubles! I really appreciate their friendliness, chatter, efficient work. Tables can be small for ordering big things, can get crowded! But love the look and feel of the space. It’s busy and feels close to others, but we were able to still really enjoy our time, food and conversations.

We love Home Block. The ambience is perfect, the staff are always very attentive - we had Stephanie who was so knowledgeable and engaging. We had the calamari and burrata to start… as usual, did not disappoint. I had the branzino which was underwhelming - no flavour whatsoever. My husband and son at the Bavette (steak). It was going to be served medium rare but my husband asked for medium. Our son enjoyed his ‘as is’ but it was too rare from a texture standpoint. But that’s us. We had the desserts to go but did share the chocolate mousse which was divine. Will definitely be back!

Quinoa bowl with an added chicken skewer was delicious! Others in my group really enjoyed the maple glazed salmon and the seared tuna on edamame. The service staff were very attentive and the ambiance was warm and lively. A wonderful place to have a business lunch.

We are frequent diners at Kitchen 76. Wonderful foods, friendly staff and excellent ambiance. As I often remark they never disappoint and this outing is no different. The arancini rice balls are all always to die for! Thank you Melissa and Angela and Marotta family for an outstanding experience that makes us want to return again and again.

Excellent first experience at La Vacchia. I went for dinner with a friend and will absolutely be back. Alex our server was not only knowledgable and excellent with the basics of serving, but super funny and charismatic. Outstanding. Period. The place itself is a stunner. The service is absolutely on par. We were there for drinks but we couldn't help but be tempted by the shishito peppers and boy, did they disappoint!!! Drinks were fabulous as well and the bar staff was uber nice. I will most definitely be adding Marked to our regular rotation when we're down in Toronto!

Our décor is warm and modern. The tradition has always been dark wood, leathers and a muted palette for a steakhouse. We broke the mould and decided to add hand-selected music that reflects us! We’re more like Jay Z and less like Sinatra.

We only serve ranch specific Alberta Beef. That means we don’t serve beef from anywhere else on the planet. We know our farmers and ranchers personally and respect the hard work they put in to produce our beef.

We are one of just a handful of steakhouses in Canada that serves, Grass-fed, Grain-fed, Wet-aged, Dry-aged and Wagyu beef 365 days a year. Our beef is always fresh never frozen.

We use a 1800 degree Infrared Grill to cook your steaks. The high heat creates a flavourful crust on the outside of the steak and leaves a juicy centre.

Great food and excellent service. The bathrooms might have been under renovation because the water from the tap was low flow which was annoying. But let’s be honest you go there for the steaks and the drinks and those were exceptional. I had the New York rare and it was perfect. The cocktails were great too.

Lately Sassafraz is my restaurant of choice for lunch or dinner due to their great menu and fabulous service! I reserved a table in the dining room but we were seated in the café. The staff were very responsive to our request to move to the dining room and Jeff the GM did everything possible to make amends. A 5* experience! We enjoyed the holiday ambience, so much positive energy, the service was absolutely sublime! We started with oysters and crudo; followed by gluten free penne ala vodka.. This was a very seriously tasty gluten free pasta, strongly recommend.. Branzino was so tender with a crispy skin; there is some elegant lightness to this dish, a must try.. Second time here. First time in September … had great food and service and vowed to be back. We did in December. Roasted broccoli is still GREAT. So is the duck with a hint of curry. This restaurant is a “must try” if you come to Banff and stay for dinner. Wife and I will come back again next year.

Once again Good Earth is a winner. Amazing restaurant space, gourmet food and excellent wines. Service by Sue was fabulous. We hope the new owners maintain it all as they expand into more event hosting. The staff here is awesome! If I were planning a wedding or other special event this winery and restaurant would be top of the list.

Always a great meal at the Nash. Service is 10/10. This was the YYC EXP and the value was excellent. Shrimp ceviche and pork tenderloin were standouts on the prix fix, but everything was tasty and beautifully presented.

Treadwell offers indoor dining and outdoor dining on our enclosed and heated patio. We are open 7 days a week for breakfast, lunch and dinner.

During the Fall and Winter months, dinner reservations are available on Monday thru Thursday from 5pm to 730pm. On Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays, we offer two seatings - between 5pm and 6pm; as well as between 745pm and 8:45pm (with each table allocated 2hr 30min). Please note that our menu for dinner is a multi-course, prix fixe menu ($115 per guest).

Lunch reservations are available between 11:30am and 2pm, with our lunch a la carte menu being offered. Breakfast is served between 8am and 10am

We always have an amazing meal here. We try to visit at least twice a year. Our server, Cathy, is delightful and explains the pairings at each course. Food is amazing. Wine is incredible. Even the "server helper" (sorry! Didn't get a name!!) is attentive and professional. Even laughing at my jokes, politely lol. It is such a treat to come here. We are fans!!!

It was my friend and I first visit, from checking in to seating, and server's recommendations, all were done in a professional level. Presentation and tastes of the dishes were very well thought of and prepared. Return visit is a must.
