64 Goodge Street is a new restaurant from Woodhead Restaurant Group, which opened in early August 2023. A former travel agent in our beloved Fitzrovia (64’s older siblings Portland and Clipstone are just round the corner), we were hugely excited by the opportunity this blank slate of a site afforded us.

We’ve been able to build from the bottom up, and therefore design every inch of space to meet our hope for 64 Goodge Street. Namely, that it is a space in which guests feel utterly taken care of.

We are open Monday to Saturday for lunch and dinner. We very much hope to see you soon.

Food delicious although slightly small portion sizes, and I felt that the pork (main course on the set lunch menu) should have come with at least some vegetables, without needing to order an extra side. Having spent years supplying London’s top restaurants through their separate wine businesses, Joe Haynes and Benedict Butterworth have joined forces with Tom Hurst, who has worked at Brawn, The Marksman, Levan, and most recently as Head Chef at Lasdun, to launch the trio’s first restaurant together.

Located in a Grade II listed building on Cloth Fair, Cloth Restaurant is part of a historic row of buildings in the City of London that survived the Great Fire of 1666. Down this atmospheric alley opposite St Bartholomew church, Cloth is taking over a double fronted corner site that’s beneath the former home of poet John Betjeman and next door to the two oldest residential buildings in London.

Inside, low ceilings, wood floorboards with antique wall lights and artwork create a cosy, intimate atmosphere, while marble tables, long dark wood banquettes, antique crockery and cutlery will create the feel of a classic bistro.

Chef Sebby Holmes launched Farang back in 2016 after trading at street food markets throughout London. A year later he took up temporary residency in Farang's current home in Highbury & Islington. Another amazing meal produced by Daniel and all the staff From being greeted at the door to paying the bill the whole experience is amazing. Everyone works so hard to make sure your experience is the best and the food and its presentation is out of this world with every meal being explained as it arrives from the kitchen. My advice would be to sit at the bar and watch the hard working staff prepare everything to perfection. We went with the set menu and when we were intrigued as to what was in the ingredients Chef took time to not only tell us but also show us the produce which is grown by them in Cheshire. Yes it can get expensive but what price do you pay for locally sourced produce served at this level and with so much dedication

Today we were celebrating my husband's birthday and were immediately spoilt with a glass of prosecco each to toast the occasion. We have our favourite dishes that we stick to but this evening we decided to try something new, so the birthday boy had Seppia Fritta followed by Vitello Tonnato and I had the Frittura (which I always have) but tried the Pesce Spada e Melenzane with casarecce pasta, which I might add was absolutely delicious and definitely worth recommending! My son had the spaghetti carbonara, followed by a juicy rib-eye and caprese cake for his dessert. It wouldn't be a birthday without a candle in the cannoli and a quick rendition of Tanti Auguri A Te Once again well done Marcus on a fabulous evening, if you have yet to visit, put it on your list and you won't be disappointed. It will become your new favourite restaurant, it's definitely ours!

We had one of our best, if not the best meal at Myrtle. A lovely experience from start to finish. Drinks in the wine bar next door before being warmly greeted and shown to our table. The restaurant is on two floors and pretty intimate but all diners were perfectly spaced…….everything has been considered. We had the nine course menu. Every single course shines and offers a taste sensation with perfectly balanced flavours and textures. Each offering comes with a snippet of information about its origin - providing another layer of interest. The team really have nailed it……The front of house service is exceptional- friendly, funny, knowledgeable and extremely professional, whilst the chefs create absolute magic in the snug kitchen. Anna is one clever and extremely talented chef. My husband had a very Happy Birthday (which was acknowledged). Thank you Team Myrtle!

The food and service were outstanding. The staff were very attentive and professional. The decor of the restaurant was lovely but we felt pinned in with our table which was in the main traffic area for staff and customers and as the room was quite small and busy we found it quite loud. We would return but maybe try the downstairs area as this was a lot bigger. The table and noise didn’t detract from our experience too much as we still enjoyed our time there but in a smaller room, possibly have a few tables less would be an idea

About the restaurant

Portland opened in 2015 and received a Michelin star the same year - which we have retained to this day. We try to offer the best contemporary example of fine dining in London – the finest produce we can find cooked with precision and a high level of technique led by our executive chef Stuart Andrew and head chef Chris Bassett and his team.

We offer a la carte and also a Tasting Menu at lunch and dinner.

Wine is as important as food and service at Portland. Our main wine list aims to offer brilliant value on interesting, different wines which we hope you seldom see on restaurant wine lists. Our Single Bottle List contains bins of some of the world’s finest wines and also more accessible offerings from our favourite producers.

Apart from the main restaurant, we hope that our private room and its offer of secluded and separate dining is just the thing for special family events or business meetings.

Fabulous dinner. The menu remains a "surprise" until serving which is such a treat. For those of you who like to have control in every aspect of your life: just let go and trust the Team. Every plate was balanced, providing perfect layers of subtly in the mouth. There were so many components to each dish...we can't imagine how much time is put into creating the perfect bite! Beautiful presentation as well. The wine pairings and descriptions by the sommeliers were interesting, introducing us to several vintages that were previously unknown to us. And the servers were so professional and friendly. It felt like they had prepared the dinner in their homes and were treating us to a great meal. Such a breath of fresh air! Thank you for a lovely evening!

The pub was founded in 1846 and it began its life as the Bedford Arms. Ten years later it changed to the Prince of Wales and in 1965 became The Fox & Pheasant and we have no intention of changing its name again!

Fire led modern European cooking, served in a warm vibrant dining room.

Reservations open on the 1st of each month for the following month, for groups up to 6 guests. Bookings for January will open on the 1st of December at 10am. For larger groups please email bookings@theparakeetpub.com. We serve our A la Carte menu Monday to Saturday, and Roasts on Sundays.

This was my fifth or sixth time here and I was taking my son and daughter in law who live in Spain and are very into food and wine. We had a really outstanding meal on all fronts, ambience, service, wine and above all food. I think it’s my favourite place to eat out in north London

A modern pub serving a frequently changing menu, available in our dining room, bar, and outside ledges. It's not fine dining, nor is it trying to be. We cook in a way that we as cooks like to eat, so don’t be afraid to share. If you want to pop in for a burger and a pint, feel free to grab any available space in the bar or outside. We accept bookings for tables of up to six people in the dining room.

It can be loud and slightly chaotic; at night it is dark. We turn tables because we need to in order to survive and pay the people that make it work, so please don’t be offended if we ask you to wait a moment for your table. Our dining room has limited space and we don’t offer high chairs, so please let us know in advance if you're bringing a pram or need to adjust your booking size.

The Quality Chop House celebrated its 150th anniversary in 2019.

Our menus are seasonally-focused and change daily based around the best produce delivered each morning.

We suggest bookings, but do take walk-ins.

In addition to our a la carte menu, we offer a £29 set lunch menu (January to November), and on Sunday lunches we serve a splendid roast.

If you are interested in a table for more than 6 guests, we have a Private Dining Room that seats up to 14. A seasonal feasting menu is available. For more information please give us a call.

Trinity reopened in October 2015 with the same ethos, culture and team whilst recreating a new and refreshing backdrop - retaining its sophistication and remaining a restaurant of significance in Clapham.
An alfresco dining area accommodates 16 guests, the dining room seating 40 guests that now have a clear view into an open plan kitchen with banquette seating surrounded by the soft hues of jade green and dusty heather pink.
Staying true to his style of cookery, the new menu will focus on Adam’s interpretation of great classics in a relaxed and approachable setting.
The kitchen presents a four course a la carte menu for a set price of £70 for lunch and £120 for dinner. The wine list continues to offer great value with the Chef's Cellar List (just add VAT and corkage), increasing both our quantity and quality and a overall extension to the main wine list of up to 400 bins now on display in the feature wine cellar on the ground floor.

Trivet derives from the age-old cooking utensil - an iron tripod placed over fire to support a cooking pot or kettle - reflecting the warmth and balance which forms Head Chef Jonny Lake and Master Sommelier Isa Bal’s values for the restaurant, as well as their working relationship.

From the very beginning of the creative process, Jonny, Isa and the team think about how food and drink work together. The menu features their explorations of ingredients, dishes and drinks from around the world, inspired by the culinary history and diversity around us. The wine list is set out chronologically, following the historic beginnings of wine to present day, with over 350 wines from classic producers to the New World, as well as acknowledging the root of viti-vinoculture with wines from Georgia, Armenia and Turkey.

As well as the welcoming main dining room, Trivet has a terrace, wine bar and private dining space. Monday nights transform into the LaBombe Wine Bar.

It opened in 2018 and is housed in a 1950's industrial building which used to be home to the largest commercial laundry in North London. It now boasts a beautiful 60 cover dining room, which opens onto an open 20 cover cobbled courtyard with olive trees as well as an intimate private dining room.
