Animalon is not only the best restaurant in Valle is one of the better restaurants I have ever eaten at including 3 star Michelin restaurants around the world. The food is creative and delicious and the service is exceptional. The cocktails are fantastic too

The food, the wine and the service were outstanding, simply second to none (David, our waiter, was fantastic). The atmosphere was a bit noisy and the musical choice questionable. However, totally worth the visit. Enjoy!

We are locals providing local flavor in a casual space. Our specialty is Fire. GALLO71, is a tribute to a Grocery store, El Gallo Abarrotes founded by the Chapa Family in 1923 in Monterrey, Mexico, thus the name. A tribute to regio´s carne asada take.

The omakase is excellent and also includes some Mexican fish, which was deliciously done. The price is high, but so worth every peso.
