Great service from the opening staff at the front desk to our server. Nice attention to detail and we appreciated a menu that noted GF food. I'd recommend this to anyone celebrating or just wanting to enjoy a nice meal.

My wife had the crab stuffed flounder and I had the teriyaki glazed salmon. Both were good. The only issue I had with the salmon was that the rice or fish had too much salt. It took away from a well cooked salmon. I enjoyed it in the beginning, but the more I ate the salter it got and the flavor was masked by the end of the meal. Less salt please!!

The menu is marked with gluten free items and same with the desert menu. To start we got the meatballs which were amazing. For dinner i got the chicken alfredo meatballs and it was delicious! At the end we got the ricotta almond cake which again was delicious. I felt safe there with my allergy and would recomend this 100 times over to anyone with celiac.

Small and cozy in the north end, with street windows open provided a nice ambience. Service was very good.

Opened in 1977, Lucia was the first restaurant to bring authentic Italian cuisine to Boston's oldest neighborhood. My husband and I went out for a much needed date night and one on one time away from our 2 teenagers. We were looking forward to a special evening and we were not disappointed. The staff greeted us warmly and seated us quickly. Our server was friendly, patient and kind. It was clear to me that he wanted to make sure that we had a lovely experience. The level of service from everyone: including the men who filled our water glasses and cleared our dishes was impressive. Finally, the food and drink were UNBELIEVABLY DELICIOUS, brought to us nice and hot and with a lovely presentation. I expected it to be yummy, but the first bite almost knocked me over it was so good. My husband was just as happy with his dinner. I had truffle ravioli and red sangria. My husband had linguini with shrimp and "diavolo" sauce. We will definitely return.
