The keg on 4th is amazing, our server was great..: 275.00 for 2 adults and 2 kids was a bit steep… that was with a couple deserts and complimentary Birthday desert…. Kids would have preferred a BP’s but The Keg is always great!

If you have not tried the Broken Plate you must go! The food is DELICIOUS 😁 We started with Greek fries, the Greek cheese that they light on fire and octopus Everything was hot, fresh, flavourful and mouth watering delicious😁 Our main course, moussaka and Greek salad. Broken Plate’s moussaka is simply the absolute best! They spend days preparing this dish! It is outstanding! The meat and spices with the eggplant, zucchini and béchamel sauce all together it tastes so good I want to cry tears of joy! This restaurant has the best Greek food in Calgary! The ambience is a lot of fun! It was very busy ( as it usually is ) and the music was a little loud but it was Saturday night. My one disappointment was to find out that they no longer offer their beet salad. It was the very very best beet salad I have ever tasted in my life. Please consider bringing it back to the menu. A wonderful wonderful birthday night for my girlfriend! …thank you so much to the entire staff, but especially McKenzie for organizing and helping me organize my outlandish ideas and see to it that my fruition were met with ferocity. The food kept coming, and everybody was overwhelmed by the amount! They’re all delight by the plate presentation’s, the aroma’s, and the flavour palette, perfect blend warm, crispy, textural food that was a delight to consume. Super kudos to that amazing kitchen staff and chef. The adding of the smoke sardines on the cracker with pomegranate seeds and that little squeeze of mayonnaise made the night for my girlfriend, all her favourite things on her favourite cracker. And then my boo-boo are bringing a cake with nuts, to a nut free restaurant, was turned into a magnificent platter of desserts to tantalize the taste buds and eyeballs! Great job Vin Room! Wonderful breakfast experience with a nice cozy atmosphere and super friendly service. Banana bread French toast was a decadent treat. Enjoyed the eggs Benedict with a perfectly made hollandaise and delicious breakfast potatoes. So nice when the dishes are well executed. Also had a perfectly made passion fruit mimosa! The service was excellent. They had a fine selection of meats to choose from and there was ample opportunity to try everything more than once if you wished to. All of the staff were more than happy to retrieve requested items from the menu, and constantly checked in to make sure everything was to your liking. We come to Mr. Mikes a lot. This was my second time ordering the Cascadia salad. This time I could not even eat it, it was far too sweet. I don’t know if It was more of a “me” not wanting to point it out” because it was a side salad, or what? That is why it wasn’t mentioned. Everything else has always been very good here, service and food, and this will not stop us from continuing to be patrons, trust me. I just thought pointing it out would be good.

Really loved the food - the fondue is always a standout here honestly. I think the risotto could be cooked a tad bit better ? Nothing that wrong with it but definitely a different taste and vibe from other risottos from restaurants of similar calibre (maybe it’s cause there were no mussels tonight due to shipment holiday delays). We also came on a VERY slow night so it was very quiet, which made the ambience so much better. I would definitely come again (hopefully when they have mussels for the risotto).

Finally tried Mina's breakfast last 3weeks ago. Been seeing the sign outside my building for months. The experience was really great. Food tasted good, the cheese bread, as always, is my favorite. I enjoyed the sweet tapioca (banana and dulce de leche). There are also more options from the buffet bar. I love that my coffee cup is always full. It was a small espresso cup and let me tell you it never went below half cup. The service was impeccable. Julia (?) Is very friendly, appears when you need her too. She makes sure everything is good without being intrusive. At that time there were only 3 groups of customers. Ambience was great. Good for a slow Sunday morning to enjoy a hearty belreakfast. Got a neighborhood discount too because I live in the same building. Alreadybplanning to bring my sister and nephews for breakfast next time when they visit yyc.

The service was fabulous as soon as we entered the restaurant! Food was served quickly and the food that was supposed to be served hot was hot! I had the Hunan Kung Pao with 4 hunan peppers and it was wonderful!
