I like True Kitchen cery much. I have been several times abd always have great food and service. Today I was able to take my sister and niece to celebrate my sister’s birthday. I’ve always eaten outside and today was the first time eating indoors. The food, ambiance, and service was spectacular. It was a little noisier than what I like but it did not dampen our lunch. Out server Kat was great. She even gave my sister a free dessert for her birthday. True Kitchen has something for everyone! I love it.

After soaking in the TRB’s Santa Barbara mission architecture, you’ll enter and be greeted by a triple arched Brunswick mahogany bar. Large space, very crowded and bustling, but quite loud. Servers were excellent, and knowledgeable. We shared the cold beef carpaccio, and i had salmon, and husband had sole. Dessert was chocolate mousse cake, it was decadent and rich. Very reasonably priced. We had a lovely Christmas dinner.

We always love coming to eat here. We started with the delicious sourdough bread and moved on to drinks and poke, entrees were mahi mahi and halibut, perfectly prepared accompanied by wonderful garlic mashed potatoes, brussel sprouts, and asparagus and topped It all off with creme brûlée. Everything wa excellent from the food on down to the service. Wonderful meal.

We had our office Xmas dinner here and it went smoothly. Spicy tuna on crispy rice, fired shrimp, truffle fries and fried cauliflower for starters - nice n crispy, with great flavor and not overly sauced. The food came out hot and all at the same time. Main courses were a mix - some had pasta, crispy taco, Ahi salad, steak medallions. My group loved it and I'm glad to have chosen Home to host our dinner.

The food and service were amazing! The skirt steak I had was scrumptious. It arrived with three different sauces and they were all great. The star of the show for me was the unbelievably delicious creamed spinach. Our waiter was patient and answered all of our questions. The runners were also great in refilling our water glasses as well as bring food out. The restaurant was nice and clean. Bathrooms were clean. There is street parking out front.

This was our first time trying Rock’n Fish. We went to the Manhattan Beach location and everything was on point from the food to the ambiance to the outstanding service. The food was great - we ordered the calamari, clam chowder and Oregon rockfish, which was a recommendation from our server. She was right - the rockfish was excellent along with everything else. We will back to Rock’n Fish when we are in the area.
