Food is delicious! Drinks were great! Our waitress was attentive and friendly! The restaurant temperature is always cold. Beyond control of the restaurant, the two customers seated next to us were talking loudly to someone on speaker phone, no common decency for other diners!! We had reservations at 5:00pm, there was a 15-20 min seating delay which has never happened previously. We love this place for our own special go to dinner place.

Dinner here was spectacular yet again! I had brought a close friend up to try this place and she loved it! It did feel like our server might’ve forgotten about us every now and then but it was also busy so understandable she was probably catering to her other tables too! We were a group of 4 fun ladies. We were seated in the back room, which was full. It was loud and difficult to enjoy conversation. There were plenty of tables in the main dining room where we could have been spread out . We had some cruddy weather, and I think they were short staffed, so things moved slowly. Our waitress, Gladys, was friendly and personable. They really need to fix the trap in the bathroom, though. It reeks like sewage....has everytime we've been there. Unacceptable for the high end clientele they're serving.

Incredible meal with outstanding service. The decor is amazing but the lighting could be softer for an evening meal. Most entrees were moderately priced for an elegant restaurant, with the exception of the steaks, which were priced like a big city steakhouse. We had a wonderful evening and will be back again without question.

Our food was excellent. Steaks were prepared as requested, and sides were all great. Our server did a fine job, attentive without being intrusive. Our only issue was with very loud diners near us. Overall, we had a very enjoyable time, and would not hesitate to return.

Overall wonderful experience for a party of 11. Zarletti had a table set up for us in our own private-ish space in the back of the restaurant. We had our own server who was very good and stayed on top of all of our multiple requests. The food was OUTSTANDING. We ordered appetizers for the table, individual entrees with soup or salad, and desserts to share, plus drinks and wine. As a big group we ordered some of everything and it was all was great. The Ossobuco was to die for, the fish dishes, veal, and chicken were amazing, and the pasta was fresh and sooooo flavorful. Most plates at the table were eaten completely clean. Larger groups are required to sign a contract and spend a minimum amount per person ... and we, even in our total joy of eating, we did not meet the required minimum ... however, we were able to have the amount up to the contracted minimum not spent put on a gift certificate for future use. Don't worry about the contract. One small note, we ordered champagne to have with our appetizers and to make a celebratory toast. The champagne was uncorked and let sit AND the glasses used to serve it were large wine glasses. It had lost most of its bubbles very quickly with the uncorking early and pour into the large glasses ... it was still delicious but just not as festive and fun. Champagne should be served in a way that preserves its bubbles. We will return, in smaller groups.

i had walleye the first time i ever ate here years ago, and i wrote a comment on their fb page about how it was phenomenal. i had a different walleye dish here tonight, and i can honestly say that this one somehow topped that first one. it’s the most delicious piece of fish i’ve ever eaten. i was genuinely sad when it was all gone. i can’t wait to visit and try it again soon.

The food and drinks were delicious. A highlight was a fried goat cheese appetizer. My Pina Nada cocktail was especially delightful and our server was helpful, considerate, and kind. Even when a noisy group crowded up to the bar, blocking a major walkway through the restaurant, staff kept their composure even though it was clear to see they were inconvenienced. I’d definitely go again!

A lot’s happened since we opened our doors in 1848, and I guess you could say we’ve seen it all. From dirt road to plank road to railroad, Red Circle Inn has been serving up good food with good service for generations of people in Lake Country. Over the years, we’ve been a stomping ground for traders, trappers, settlers, working class, high class and everyone in between. There’s so much history in these walls, you can almost taste it.

First time at Double Cut and it was a wonderful dinner experience! Our server Sara was super friendly and fun! The scallops and miso halibut was one of the best we’ve had. All the sides were perfect and the banana cheesecake was to die for! I’d definitely go back!

Everything was excellent. Chicken and burgers were very good. (My only suggestion would be to have a supply of Dijon mustard on hand for the burgers.) Good place to go before events at the Deer District.

Waitress was excellent. Food was outstanding. Meal was paced a touch slow. Great views of the Christmas lights in the park behind the restaurant. Valet parking was a great option since there was no parking nearby that was open when we got to the restaurant. Was really turned off that they were serving free samples of THC marijuana drinks in the lobby and had them on their menu. Don’t know if we’ll be back.
