We started out with Mussels Fra Diavlo.The mussels were plump and delicious.They were cooked in a spicy tomato sauce that was so delicious we requested Anielle our waitress to pack up the remaining sauce to take home.It was Saint Patrick’s Day so there were specials on the menu.My wife had the Corned Beef and Cabbage platter that also had 2 kinds of potatoes on it.My wife loved it.I had the Corned Beef sandwich on rye bread with deli mustard on it.It was delicious and I enjoyed every bite.Anielle was a wonderful and friendly waitress.She personally knew everyone in her section and was able to call them by name .Thank you Tower Oaks Lodge for making Saint Patrick’s Day so enjoyable

Located at Georgetown’s Washington Harbor on the Potomac River with a lively dining room, full-service bar, and a covered & heated patio, this farmer-owned restaurant is open 365 days a year serving breakfast, lunch, dinner, weekday happy hour, and a decadent weekend Farmers Market Buffet Brunch. Everything is made from scratch with simple, high-quality ingredients from farmers and suppliers they know and trust.

We did not even see our waitress for a very long time. One of our desserts had a hair in it. The manager took care of that for us. Overall not as good as we are used to.

We really like Chez Billy Sud and had another great experience there March 20 for my wife's birthday. However, the menu failed to indicate that the cassoulet dish was smoky and it took a while for my wife to figure out how to eat it. Went here over 10 years ago as a kid and now as an adult it’s just as nice as I remembered. Cozy ambience and polite service. Got the appetizer biscuits, jerk chicken and mac and cheese and all were very good. Large dinner portion so definitely took some home. Drinks were good too. Cool spot to stop at if you’re interested in colonial American history.

I came here with my daughter and my 95-year-old mother during a rain storm. The host ran to the handicapped entrance, opened the door and helped us in. We were taken to a lovely table and given a choice for access with a walker. Lovely server, didn't rush us, explained the offerings and added a few details about the freshness of the food (and sushi). Everything was delicious. Love the fancy bread and whitefish spread. A lovely evening!
