Great place for all kinds of events. We celebrated a bachelorette party and the atmosphere, music, food, service and drinks were great. We had the strawberry moon package that is an absolute great value for what you get. The staff and our waiter was exceptional. Will be back!

It was wonderful! The omakase experience was well worth it! I did the $125 option. Resy was amazing and explained every piece to me having it be my first time. I had an amazing experience at this restaurant. The service was warm and attentive, and the food was absolutely incredible. The roasted artichoke was flavorful, the sea bass perfectly cooked, the ceviche fresh and vibrant, and the octopus absolutely delicious. Highly recommend this spot for anyone looking for great food and a welcoming atmosphere!

This restaurant an excellent dinner choice because of its delicious food and the AMAZING customer service. Our waiter was Istvan, and he went above and beyond to ensure our dining experience was PERFECT to include making a mocktail (strawberry-coconut mojito) and mayoketchup. Employees like Istvan and the lovely hostess that helped us is what sets apart establishments that are only focused on charging you for a meal or restaurants like Casablanca, where customer satisfaction is the #1 priority. Another great experience at Chimba ! Thanks Andy for you outstanding service. We tried two cocktails: “Angel Mezcalita” and “Spicy Guerrero”. Both were espectacular! As a main we took the Milanesa and the Skirt Churrasco with truffle fries. Definitely we’ll come back soon!

We went here for the Miami Spice menu, and the food was absolutely phenomenal. We had the goat cheese and artichoke croquettes, and they were delicious. I also had the bibb salad, which was beautiful and fresh, and my fiancé had the pork belly that he loved. For our entree, we had the 1/2 chicken and the crispy salmon, which were both delectable. The roasted cauliflower purée from my dish was especially scrumptious. Finally, we each had the passion fruit cheesecake and the chocolate ganache, which were both out of this world. Our server Frank was also great. Very attentive, knowledgeable, and on top of it. We will definitely be coming back!

We come to Miami from Maine every year for a trade show and this was our second time in this lovely restaurant. We were early for our reservation and we were received with such a pleasant smile that made us feel even more welcomed! The food is excellent, fresh and so tasty. The waitress was very nice and gave us her option on the food and beer so we followed her instructions and had a wonderful evening! We look forward next year to come back!!!
