   Hello, We always enjoy Lucky's Montecito for brunch however today we found that the service was not up to par. First off, our table was very wobbly so we asked the gal if she could balance it. She brought a very small wedge out but it didn't work at all. Long story but I ended up on my hands and knees (my husband has a bad knee) and folded my cloth napkin in 4's to secure the wobbly table. Not fun. I asked for another napkin but ended up having to go inside the restaurant to get one. Then we continually had to ask for coffee refills. Once our meal was served, we asked about the complimentary Prosecco or Mimosa and our server said she forgot to mention it so then she brought them out. We were relaxing and not done with our meal but at least 4 times someone came to take out plates. Feeling rushed, we finally told them to take them away. Just not the typical service for Lucky's so disappointed.

   After coming here for decades and being served always incredibly good food and drinks by elite professionals, their bar has been taken over by young unprofessional punks. Sergio was particularly distasteful. Please train your team in hospitality or hire more professional workers. The service used to be one of our favorite aspects of visiting.

   A late Valentines Day lunch was perfect for us. Noise level was not an issue at the time we went but could imagine it could get loud for dinner. Fish tacos were good and the burger was excellent.. fries were average. Our Bellinis were average. The service was top notch!

   Lucky’s is our go-to restaurant for special occasions. We are never disappointed with the service or food. We especially enjoy the ambience and attentive waiters.

   As always stellar service and the food was divine. How do you make a simple ice cream sundae taste like it took hours to develop, ask the folks at Lucky’s!!

   We waited a long time for something mediocre… The waiter did not care at all for us. Certainly do not recommend When you are a known restaurant you have to keep the staffing by being at your best behavior…

   Service wasn’t its usual. We were kind of forgotten about. Waiter took A long time to take our order and the food took super long to arrive Thankfully the food was great.

    All was good until the Manager came over and accused one of us of “spitting” on a waiter. I am sure what happened was we were 8 people seated at a 6 top so it was tight for waiters to serve and so the waiter leaned into the table and one of the guests did speak to him and since he has a speech impediment he does tend to have saliva come out when he speaks, so there is no way it was intentional. He apologizes for that. I don’t have an issue with the waiter making a complaint, the issue is the GM came to the table and embarrassed my guest by saying we don’t tolerate spitting on waiters - which did not happen intentionally - I would have appreciated if the GM pulled myself or the accused guest off the table in private and sorted it out. No reason to make the accusation in public in front of 7 other guests and ruin the dinner vibe. Given it was in no way intentional the accusatory tone and public display was not necessary.
